Experiencia negativa: Do not risk your money. No arriesgue su dinero!!! I strongly advise caution when dealing with Felix Gutierrez from Reyes Realty Group. Our experience was highly disappointing. After fulfilling all the conditions of the agreement, our deposit was still not returned. Despite meeting the terms, we were met with delays, excuses, and ultimately, no refund. It appears that this agent is representing sellers who act in bad faith. Buyers should be extremely careful, as our money was withheld in a way that feels dishonest. This is not the type of behavior you expect from a professional real estate agent. I do **not** recommend working with Felix Gutierrez or Reyes Realty Group. Protect yourself and your investment—there are far more trustworthy agents out there. Recomiendo tener mucho cuidado al tratar con Félix Gutiérrez de Reyes Realty Group. Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. A pesar de cumplir con todas las condiciones del acuerdo, no nos devolvieron el depósito. Experiencia negativa: I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Felix Gutierrez and Rey Realty due to an ongoing issue with an escrow deposit. Felix, acting as the escrow agent, has held my $15,000 deposit for months related to a property transaction in Dracut, MA. According to the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the deposit should have been returned once the seller failed to perfect the title. Despite this clear requirement, Felix has not released my funds, even after my attorney issued a formal demand. This situation has caused significant financial hardship and stress, and efforts to resolve it through professional channels have been ignored. As a licensed real estate broker, I expected Felix to uphold ethical and professional standards in handling escrow funds. Sadly, my experience has shown otherwise. I hope that posting this review will prompt a swift resolution. I urge Felix to fulfill his duty as an escrow agent and release my deposit immediately to avoid further escalation. Buyers and sellers should be aware of this issue when considering Rey Realty for their transactions.

After being denied to even get a preapproval, Michael sent me to the correct loan officer and got me preapproved in less then a week. It doesn’t stop there, just a week after receiving my pre-approval we submit an offer and the next day it was accepted. 21 days later, I became a home owner. My sisters dealings with them (Jonathan/Felix) were great which prompted me to contact them for my first time home buying process. I dealt with Felix mostly and he was on top of everything always following through and checking in with me to make sure all the necessary steps were completed and to make sure I had no complaints or issues. I have no regrets and would definitely recommenced Rey Realty. If anytime in the future I plan to purchase again I wouldn't think twice about using them.

Experiencia negativa: I rented an apartment in Worcester and Pedro was the broker. On Zillow and Trulia showed the broker fee at $650. Upon showing the place he said it was $1000. I felt something wrong with him and decided not to rent. He said the deposit of $1000 I placed will not be returned per landlord. So I basically signed the lease because I’d lose money. Btw, 6 months later I brought up the matter about not returning the deposit, the landlord said there was no such thing. They never told him about keeping the deposit. So that means Pedro wanted to keep the $1000 himself if we didn’t take the place basically. Upon signing the lease he said everything was good and the landlord was aware of all the information or how many people living there and such. At the end, landlord was not notified and actually had no communication with Pedro. He works for Felix and seems like there was a lack of communication. When i confronted Pedro, he said yeah he told landlord everything then changed his story said he told Felix everything. Basically passing the blame around and said the landlord was just trying to mess with us. More like he only wanted to make the broker fee and just get rid of the house regardless of what happens to the tenants. After speaking With the landlord and Felix, we even showed proof to both side that Pedro indeed said everything was set. When after showing proof, Felix told Pedro to stop taking and don’t reply anymore because he will do the talking from then on. Point blank, they are unreliable, unresponsive, untrustworthy and passing the blame on each other and then blaming the landlord. Will never recommend them to anyone.
