Experiencia fantástica: Nothing else besides a SAINT would describe our wonderful realtor, Virginia Todd. This review is so long overdue I’m ashamed of myself. Virginia worked with us for six months during the pandemic. We were relocating to the Boston area from Pennsylvania where real estate was not considered essential and was pretty much shut down. All the while Virginia kept up our spirits and went on probably 100 house tours up and down the North & South shores looking for the perfect home for us while patiently awaiting the Pennsylvania governor allowing us to sell our home in Pennsylvania. We had no preference of city, north or south shores as long as we were close to the ocean. Our old house sold right away after becoming essential giving us the go ahead to make an offer on a home we eyed on the South Shore in Plymouth. Virginia knew her stuff allowing us to snag a lakeside beauty for a very reasonable price, well under asking even though houses were flying off the market in the area. She was able to secure us the right to have all inspections we wanted, she even drove from the city to the south shore to get the water sample from the well to have it analyzed last minute before closing. I sincerely cannot speak more highly of a human being let alone a realtor during such a stressful time in our lives. She has a calm cool demeanor (helped when my husband was crazy stressed!) that you’d want in your realtor but also is very in tune to your needs even if you aren’t at the moment. She used her eagle eye to spy flaws with homes during walkthroughs to point out major eye opening things. She lined up all inspections, contractors, anything we needed, she had under control. It’s pretty common for us to relocate every two years, never have we been blessed with such a wonderful realtor before like Virginia.
