Experiencia fantástica: We loved working with Yadira Santiago as a realtor to sell our condo in Revere. She simply went above and beyond in her approach, care, promptness and detailed communication. As out of state owners of the condo, we simply couldn't be there for every step, so Yadira stepped in to truly represent us. She was excellent in all phases of this sale process: From the initial responses on property valuation and listing strategy (where she provided comparable sales, neighborhood facts and listing options, but still listened to our feedback and incorporated our ideas into the process, including pricing), to the initial unit walkthrough with detailed feedback and suggested improvements - which we did, all of them...and it made a difference. To outstanding listing pictures that she paid a professional photographer to do (fully from her pocket) and open house management, follow up showings, negotiations, and finally our offer acceptance at full asking price. Once Yadira helped us get a quality offer and we accepted, that was only the 1/2 way line. From there she helped us with the buyer's property inspection process and communication between both closing attorneys and buyer's agent - we agreed to fix the 2 issues brought up during the inspection and got the P&S signed on time (with 2 items to be fixed properly documented). Yadira was then also clutch in final stages in getting the Smoke Alarm Certificates from the Revere Fire Department. This was a painstaking 4 step process since some common area updates needed to be made promptly, which required detailed communication to enable proper permit filings and her coming to the property multiple times for walk throughs with electrician, handyman and then final inspections. Even with all of the above, we closed on time w/o need for extensions. Throughout the whole process Yadira also did an excellent job in communicating transparently on many email chains with us as the owners, our closing attorney and all other parties involved. It was a great feeling to know exactly where the process stood at every single stage. We will definitely use Yadira's RE agent services in the future!

I really can't do justice to describing how much Dina's team stands out against the other choices. When you're selling your home (sometimes something you've poured hours and hours and heartache into) you want someone who will do the property justice but also give you a reality check in a way you can digest, and also maximize the outcome.
