After meeting Casey at an open house, she took us on a grand tour of San Mateo and surrounding communities, showing us the different neighborhoods and explaining the pros and cons of each. She helped us determine our must haves and narrow down what we really wanted. With that in hand, we started to get listings from her, and she always worked to be available to come with us to any showings. Casey was great when visiting houses--pointing out nice details at each place. If something needed repair, Casey had an encyclopedic knowledge of how much it might cost. This was incredibly helpful in allowing us to stay within our budget. Casey was always very, very respectful of our budget and never pushed us to go over what we were comfortable spending. Casey also provided a listing of companies to help us in getting our mortgage. She was in constant contact with our mortgage lender, getting paperwork prepped for when we wanted to make an offer.
