Experiencia fantástica: Laura helped us buy our new home after we'd spent many years watching the market: reviewing listings weekly, going to a few dozen open houses a year, researching everything from building codes to realtor contracts, and meeting with architects and contractors about a potential remodel (this was our second purchase in the area). Between our own experience and friends' and family's recent transactions, we had a very specific idea of the realtor relationship we wanted. Needless to say the bar for our first meeting with a potential realtor was high, and we hadn't found something that felt right and were beginning to wonder when (or potentially if) we eventually would. And yet, by the end of the first meeting we both knew Laura had surpassed that bar, by not only helping us understand our preferences and priorities and the tradeoffs between them more deeply, but also bringing new perspectives and encouraging us to consider angles we hadn't focused on (or weren't even really on our radar yet). On top of those, she was authentic and genuine in her care for our goals, us as a family, and especially our two young kids. Once we settled on places we’d like to place an offer for, she and her team pounced on getting all the docs lined up in time - pulling permit histories etc. to make sure there aren’t any unexpected snags. She and her team were extremely communicative throughout the process, navigating counteroffers and just hustling it out. I just felt they really went above and beyond here. Once we were in contract, Laura, Lexie and Ty coordinated all remaining work (secondary inspections, loose fixtures, clogged sinks, deep clean prior to move in, extra paint / garbage removal etc.) to make my move-in significantly more seamless and stress-free. Some of these were done by the seller / seller’s agent, in which she handled all communication promptly to have them addressed before the closing date. Others we did a day or two after close, but the appointments were so well managed ahead of time. Also, some folks who came by the place to do the work only had nice things to say about her and her team. Honestly I can’t imagine anybody else doing it this well as Laura’s!

All were qualified, confident and knowledgeable. But Laura Bryant was clearly a notch above. Throughout the hour-long interview she exuded integrity and intelligence. We were certain. She was the one to hire. We live 400 miles away and yet Laura assured us that wouldn’t be a problem. We said we didn’t want to do much to the house in terms of preparation and she gently and wisely talked us out of that. She assured us she could take care of every detail, including selling our antiques, getting rid of garage junk, and dealing with plumbing and inspection issues. She has a creative approach to marketing higher end properties, and is the best connected broker in the community. Most of her focus was on preparing the property in advance of listing.
