Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for someone who sugarcoats things, TK is not your girl…BUT CHOOSE HER ANYWAYS-Trust me! She will tell you what you NEED to hear, not what you want to hear. She made sure we received everything we could have ever asked for (AND MORE) when we sold our home. She spent countless hours speaking with underwriters, loan officers, and other affiliates of our new construction team to make sure we were receiving all of the perks available to us. She also spent countless hours talking me off the ledge as the stress from buying and selling a home started to creep in. She gave up her own personal time to answer our endless questions, held AND fed our baby while we signed paperwork, and sat beside us at EVERY event we attended for our new build. If I were to say she is the best, that wouldn’t even begin to scratch the surface. I have personally witnessed her tell our builder’s team to correct something because it is ugly and she does not want us to have to look at that every day on our new home(and that is why I lovingly call her “Shark.” When I received multiple emails and texts from our builder’s team, I would hand Teresa my phone and tell her break down the meaning of what they sent me before I signed any documents…and she would, even if we were in the middle of a walkthrough. She’s bold and sassy, and that’s what we love about her❤️ She goes hard for her people. 1000/10, will always recommend.
