Dawn McClara, Realtor fka Whalen Realty Group, LLC

Experiencia fantástica: Of the three realtors I’ve worked with so far, Dawn was the best. I took her advice every step of the way and sold my condo in two months - much faster than I was expecting. Dawn provided weekly updates on the listing and gave honest feedback based on her expertise, which helped me form realistic expectations given the current market. Dawn was flexible and helped me explore other options such as renting. She helped me keep on track and schedule inspection repairs to meet the closing date two weeks from the offer. I was not worried at all even though I had already moved out of state - I was in good hands with Dawn. Overall, I have no regrets in choosing Dawn and would choose her as my realtor if I ever look at properties in Central Indiana again.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful agent helped me buy and sell 3 houses everything always went smoothly even when offers fell through

Experiencia fantástica: Dawn helped us sold our house in Bargersville, IN. Her attention to details, quick communication, and the extra effort she put into making everything go seamlessly. It was truly a pleasure to have worked with her. I would highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: Dawn is wonderful! We've completed several real estate transactions with her and have enjoyed every one. As a direct result of her hard work and expertise, our transactions have always went well. Dawn's communication, market knowledge, and negotiation skills separate her from her peers, and her commitment to her client's best interests is evident in every step of the way. 5 Stars!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dawn is absolutely amazing. This is my 3rd time having dawn help me with selling/buying a house. There is nobody else I would ever use. When you find somebody that will go out of their way to help you out and finds ways to make ends meet you keep working with that person. Dawn is this person where selling/buying houses is concerned. Hands down the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience with Heidi as a first time home buyer! I can’t recommend her enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Dawn, isnt just a realtor she's someone you get to know along your home buying journey, she was available seemingly around the clock. Always quick to respond and gave wonderful advice. It was my first time buying a home and she made everything easier, from looking at homes to making a offer and the process after it was accepted. she went above and beyond on everything and the parts that she didnt do (home inspection) she steered me towards amazing inspectors. I couldn't ask for a better realtor and I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience working with Dawn who has helped us sell two houses. She is very knowledgeable, provides good advice, and is very patient. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Very bad landlord I would not rent from him

Experiencia fantástica: Dawn was recommended to us by a friend and we understand why. She went above and beyond for us in the sale of our home. We moved out of state and she handled so much of the unexpected issues for us. She was always quick to respond, even when we messaged her late into the evening. We had a full asking price offer on our home within a couple of weeks of being listed. Dawn was always happy to answer questions, let us vent about the stress or cheer us on when things went well and was a great resource for us to find the right help to fix the issues addressed during the inspection. You can't go wrong with Dawn in your corner! I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my Indiana friends looking for a great realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: Dawn Whalen is a special and one of a kind realtor. I was very lucky to have her as my realtor. She is very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. Her calming and reassuring style from listing to close made the selling process worry free. I was extremely pleased with her and would highly recommend her as your realtor!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently purchased a home with the help of Heidi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always had my best interests at heart. The process of buying a home can be overwhelming, but Heidi made it smooth and stress-free. She was always available to answer my questions and provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. I highly recommend Heidi to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is super kind as well

Experiencia fantástica: I have bought and sold many houses in the past with different agencies and I can say unequivocally they are the best. I had more than an agent, I had a team working for me and now my wife and I have a new friend.

Experiencia fantástica: Heidi is informed, honest, and genuine. She'll look out only for YOUR best interests and made buying my first home easy!

Experiencia fantástica: Heidi helped me so promptly and her expertise was outstanding. She was able to make a list of homes that met my specific requirements, helped tour the properties with me and also helped me go through the management group for communication. She was very flexible and so kind throughout the whole process. i appreciate Heidi getting me into my new home in such a timely manor.

Experiencia fantástica: Nathan and Whalen were great on all levels. A true professional in every aspect. I've used Nathan twice now to sell two houses and buy two houses, no one compares to his knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness. I will use him again!

Experiencia fantástica: Nate is a very good communicator and very professional. He will make suggestions and give you real life experience advice. I highly recommend using him to buy or sell your home!

Experiencia fantástica: Nathan did an exceptional job helping my husband and I throughout the home buying process as a first time home buyer. He is not only helpful and knowledgeable, but also very responsive and easy to communicate with. He was a great negotiator when we found our home - the first house we saw with him! Once we received word that our offer was accepted, Nathan made sure we submitted everything on time and understood everything we were signing. We have been in our house about three months and he still takes time to check in and see how things are going. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable agent.

Experiencia fantástica: 10 out of 10 would recommend. Dawn helped my mother get a house, then a year later helped me. She made the experience easy and felt like family helping rather than it being her job.

Experiencia fantástica: Dawn has sold two properties for me. I would not consider another realtor as long as she is around. She’s very knowledgeable, detailed, and professional. I highly recommend her for all real estate needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Dawn in 2021 (an estate sale), and again in 2022 (to sell & buy a home). I would highly recommend Dawn & her team to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve used Dawn a few times for my reality needs and will definitely use her again. She’s so knowledgeable about the industry and is always willing to answer even the simplest questions. If you’re looking for a realtor to get the best from your transaction, Dawn is the one.

Experiencia fantástica: The work with Dawn has been phenomenal! Continously updating me and making sure I'm on track with the whole process. I could not be happier with the work ethic she has done. 10/10 would recommend to reach out to her.

Experiencia fantástica: I chose Dawn because of her background in selling homes that were part of an estate. She was wonderful to work with and guided me through the transaction like the pro that she is. She was amazingly responsive. She always returned my calls and texts quickly and made me feel as though my Mom's house was the most important one that she was handling. I'd strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor!

Experiencia fantástica: Dawn was an incredible support to us as we began the journey of buying our first home. She went out of her way to ensure we had all of the information (and more) about the property we loved and process of buying it along the way! It was truly such a perfect first home buying experience and would recommend her one thousand times!

Experiencia fantástica: Nathan is hands down the most knowledgable realtor I know. His vast knowledge of homes and home building is excellent! Although we still have not found that "perfect" home to purchase, Nathan is always there to show us that next house. I recommended him to three other couples that are having a home built and they all rave about his knowledge, patience, attentetion to detail, and his firmness with the builder. He's outstanding! #NateKnowsRealEstate Jason

Experiencia fantástica: I could not have done this without Dawn. She was my guardian angel throughout this whole process. Very patient very kind very attentive. Her and her team did not stop until I found the home of my dreams. Not only that carried me right to the closing table I will be forever grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: SO happy to have worked with Dawn. She made the painful process of selling our childhood home after the loss of our mom so much easier. I had zero issues, have zero complaints. She was professional and friendly, quick to respond, just wonderful to work with all around. I will definitely ask for her help with any future real estate needs.

Experiencia negativa: Dawn sold us a home that had a history of flooding already. Had she checked realtor.com alone. Then she recommended a terrible inspector who didn't catch the obvious cover ups. Now I'm losing my home. Now that my home has flooded every year for 6 years, i can see that the previous owners Lied! It had past two years so we couldn't sue them. There was faux paneling placed over the bottom half of all the walls downstairs. Then painted & still moody when we finally got to move the giant bed in front of the mold during inspection. Your inspector said paint over it. There was wet carpet, and fence nailed to the wall to hide damages. The driveway was washing away. Not only was the chain link fence on both sides of the property rusted, but so were the steel fence poles! That's years of constant flooding. Even realtor.com now says our food risk is constant. We were first time home buyers, we were relying on your expertise. Sorry doesn't begin to help. Maybe a house outside the city was outside of your league. It's nothing personal, our realty experience was just awful. Did u even research the property? You didn't notice anything either? We've had to throw all my stuff away twice.

Experiencia fantástica: Dawn was extremely helpful! She was always available to help and answered all the questions my wife and I had. Experiencia fantástica: Dawn and her team did more for me than anyone else I have ever worked with. She took time to understand me and my needs and when I found the house I wanted she was patient and kind through a difficult, non responsive seller. She never gave up on me even when things didn't go as planned in our home searching process. She has a great attention to detail and taught me things about buying and selling a home that I never would have thought of to help me have an advantage. I can't say enough kind things about Dawn and her team. I am continually surprised by warmth and dedication to people. Nobody holds a candle to her.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I worked with Holly McElfresh to buy our forever home. Our story is a little different than other people's. We live in Virginia and wanted to relocate to Indiana to be near our family. We contacted Holly on a Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon she was meeting our daughter in law at a house to face time us. We looked at 2 houses and we had found our home. She was absolutely amazing! Your company is blessed to have someone like Holly representing your company.

She truly is a professional in all aspects of the business and made me feel like part of a family during the process. I highly recommend Dawn for anything you do with your house. She is top notch.

She doesn't sugarcoat anything and will tell you if a house needs work to sell and exactly what needs done to get the highest dollar. She's easily accessible, knowledgeable and professional. I cannot recommend her and her team enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Dawn is the best! No way you're going to not sell or find a house!

Experiencia fantástica: can i just say WOW!! Dawn is the most thorough real estate professional I have ever worked with- and I have worked with a lot over the years! When I decided to sell my investments properties there was only one person I wanted in my corner- the only one I would ever need! From the market analysis to the closing table she made certain that every aspect was covered. On more than one occasion she even did the buyers agent's job to ensure the transaction would close in the timing that was stated. Whalen Realty Group has listed and sold 4 properties in the last 3 years. I highly recommend to her whether you on the selling end or the buying side of a deal!!
