He connected me with Hannah Knowland and truly, they worked seamlessly as a team and made our home buying experience as simple as possible. Their personality (and knowledge/experience in this business) made us feel comfortable with putting our trust in them. They're also upfront and to-the-point, which is what we needed in the craziness of 2021's market. When we found the house that we ended up buying, Eli went out of his way to show it to us immediately. We found a realtor through a website, but did not have a great experience working with him. Every time we liked a property, we would let our realtor know, but the property would be gone by the time he arranged a showing. We then decided to look for another real estate agent. We got Eli's reference from my loan officer, and there was no looking back after that. Eli contacted us immediately to understand our needs and assigned Hannah Knowland on his team to work with us. Hannah was simply awesome to work with. The moment we liked a property we would let Hannah know and she would immediately arrange for the showing on the very same day. Hannah did a commendable job with the video showings. Finally we liked a property and were able to put an offer on the same day of the showing. The offer was accepted the next day. This all happened in a week after contacting Eli and Hannah. Eli and Hannah did a great job in guiding us though the entire process and working closely with our mortgage and property management companies. We were able to close within a month.
