Experiencia negativa: I would NEVER recommend buying any house that Mark Carney is involved in selling. We LOVED the house we toured (and ended up buying), but there were several things that were supposed to be taken care of/fixed and were not. We bought our house during prime covid time so visitations/meeting were limited. When we finally were able to move in, we were expecting this house to be move in ready. We went to unpack and there was MOUSE POOP inside all of the cabinets, food was splattered on the walls, nails/holes/screws were all over all of the walls, etc. This house was absolutely DISGUSTING when we moved in. We spent two whole days sanitizing/cleaning before we finally settled in. Mark did a terrible job of making sure this house was in good condition before selling. We still love our house itself and that’s the reason we bought it, but it was definitely an awful experience to walk in to when you’re expecting it to be move in ready.
