You will pay hundreds of dollars monthly to cover ALL the maintenance/repairs of the home, regardless if it is normal wear and tear or not. Upon move out, not only you could be deducted the monthly maintenance fee but also your deposit can be partially or entirely deducted for all the expenses/maintenance invoices, parts labor, paint etc... To keep it short, the insurance requirements are also out of this world. You can find all other property owned by this Landlord on Realtyhop.

Experiencia fantástica: Kate is a top agent because of her ideas on how to save money, connections, and negotiations. She is persistent, available, and attentive. She listens and is on your side, not on her agency's side or the seller agent's side. I regret not having Kate to sell my house. Things that would have made the experience better would have been to have sold my house before buying my new house, to have negotiated hard for an inspection even though other bidders were willing to buy as is, and to have later bought my house with most of the equity after selling my old house. These things were out of Kate's control, though. Kate understands the jitters and isn't pushy at all. All the ingredients for a perfect agent recipe!
