It wasn't a very good experience. Our agent was not very helpful and did not have our best interest in mind. Our experience with Tom exceeded our expectations. He was very patient with us, as we were first time home sellers. He gave great advice on preparing our home to sell and negotiated a great price with the buyers. On our buying end he provided a lot of very helpful advice as we searched for our new home, and once we found it, helped negotiate and great deal with the sellers. This home had been converted to a home-office dental office in 1982 and remained as such for 30 years. The layout of the property posed challenges.
