Apparently this Duck knows his way around more than just a pond. Derek was responsive, knowledgeable, and always available when we needed him. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us through both transactions. If you’re looking to buy or sell, give Ducky a quack!

During all the change of plans, he was incredibly patient, never made us feel pressured, and always took the time to explain everything so we could make informed decisions. Even after we finally found our home, he didn’t stop helping. We ran into an issue with our apartment lease after buying the house, and he went out of his way to help us get everything sorted out. The endless support and genuine desire to help his clients with whatever is best for them is unmatched. He could care less about the commission and it truly shows.

Experiencia fantástica: Derek was a consummate professional who clearly loves what he does, and it shows in his approach to building relationships with his clients. In our case, Ducky was a dual agent representing both the seller and buyer. This can be a difficult task and is often not recommended, but in our case Derek was deftly able to easily navigate the possible pitfalls with skill and integrity. We would highly recommend working with him when the need arises for a top notch agent.

Experiencia fantástica: I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Ducky as a realtor. I would not look any further. We were referred to Ducky by a family member and we will follow that pattern and refer him to everyone we know looking for a home. He does such an exceptional job explaining the entire process to us, as well as guide us. This was important for us because, like any other first time home buyer, we were so nervous for this journey. Also, no need to worry about any communication issues because he responds to us super quick. You can tell he has a world of knowledge during house tours. He’s very professional and certainly an expert at what he does. He really goes above and beyond. It’s because of him we are happy first time home buyers!

Experiencia fantástica: Ducky was great! I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for a house! He was clear and great at communicating throughout the entire process!
