Experiencia fantástica: Buying and selling a house can be very stressful. Add in being 8 ½ months pregnant and a pandemic and the stress and anxiety is on a completely different level. Every single day I am so happy that Pete McGuinn was our realtor. He knew exactly what upgrades we should do to our house, so much in fact that it sold after one weekend of showings with 8 offers, 7 of which were over asking! We sold our house but now what? In a market with little inventory, houses selling very fast with bidding wars and offers over asking, how were we going to find a house that we loved within our budget? Pete brought us to houses we wanted to see and I was constantly amazed at his knowledge – I learned something new every time we were with him. He was also able to work his network so we also got to view houses premarket. We had a lot of obstacles during our search and Pete was calm and supportive with us while applying pressure elsewhere when needed. To purchase a house in the midst of a pandemic while real estate was closed was certainly difficult but Pete didn’t let that obstacle stop us. He was creative and we found our forever home! I was shocked to find out Pete was working with other clients simultaneously as he was always available to meet to show us a house or talk and answer any of our never ending questions. There is certainly a reason why Pete has won numerous awards, he is second to none. I can’t say enough amazing things about Pete and having him handle such a huge part of our lives. Nowadays, anyone can be a realtor but such a huge part of your life shouldn’t be left to just anyone. Pete effortlessly brings knowledge, expertise, drive and a list of valuable contacts to make the process seem so easy. We would use Pete again and again. We truly did win with McGuinn!
