Experiencia fantástica: Prior to COVID 19 my Girlfriend and I were searching for a home in the West GA area. We had changed our search during COVID to stay closer to our current home and were introduced to Joe through a friend and realtor in Carrollton. We never looked back and after talking to many realtors through the process Joe was the most professional, responsive and in sync with our desires for our dream home. It wasnt easy at the beginning as we were super picky and all over the place with house, lot and location. After seeing about 8 homes with Joe we found "The One". Joe went right to work and we got the sad news it was Under Contract. Joe assured us that he will watch this home and do everything he can that if there is any hiccup we will get our shot. He immediately called the other realtor and let us know the process on Tuesday. Shortly after placing a bid on a house we liked for the land more than the house...we got a call from Joe at 8:40pm on a Thursday, he said I just got a call, you guys want to hear the good news!!! Our dream homes contract fell through and Joes dedication to his job and customers made it possible to get an offer in that night and 3 weeks ago we closed and moved into our dream! We cannot Thank Joe, Tara and his team enough for all of their hard work, dedication and support through this process. It was indeed a stressful month but everything was handled professionally and we were given a detailed schedule of how the full process would go until closing. Use Joe... you won't have any regrets!
