After our initial phone call with him, I knew he would be a great fit for us. Throughout the home hunt, Tim always put our wishes first, and stayed in constant communication with us. Tim exudes a high level of service and professionalism by holding transactions to his clients’ standards, being confident in his abilities to manage expectations on both sides, and staying meticulous with details as negotiations transpire. In our specific scenario, Tim was able to quickly pivot, when we decided to sell our old home that we were planning to rent, to a different price point and bring us options that fit the new category. On a very tight window of time to get a house I contacted an old friend in Ohio that is a realtor. Our friend connected us with Tim through her Ohio business in Keller Williams.
