It was stressful and a whirlwind but she kept me level headed and made sure it was a good deal all around. One of the things I appreciate most is that she will not let you buy a bad house. Even when walking into a house with rose colored glasses she will make sure she grounds you with realistic expectations of a property. Experiencia fantástica: In late November, we made the tough decision to sell our house of 20 years and rent for a year or two while taking steps to buy a bit of land and start building. Little did I know at the time that our closing and move would be the week after my mom’s funeral. And that for the 6-7 weeks leading up to my mom’s passing, I would be driving to SC each weekend while trying to work, preparing a house for market, going through a lifetime of memories stored away in a zillion boxes in the basement and then getting everything packed. I don’t know if I could have made it through all of this without our wonderful realtor Kelly Rosen….. I’m always inspired by those who are the best at what they do. And that is Kelly. Early in the process she showed up with her family to cut and haul large (20’ tall) bushes/trees from the front of my house. She came over to caulk and fix tile. She staged our house beautifully with the help of her assistant Jennifer Maxin who was also great to work with. Our house sold in one day - largely due to Kelly’s help, guidance, expertise and attention to every detail large and small. It sold the week that my mom went into a hospice center at the end of January. Kelly was incredibly supportive during the stressful due diligence period and sent beautiful flowers (many of my mom’s favorites - it was the last picture I shared with her) when everything was set. She helped with getting contractors and assured us that everything would be okay. From beginning to end, I felt supported. Kelly even showed up at 7 pm last Sunday (18 hours before the closing) offering to haul remaining stuff (that I had not idea what to do with) off to dumpsters. I think I was laying on my garage floor crying by that time. At closing, she gave us this watercolor of our house. I can’t thank her enough for all that she did for our family at the toughest of times. She’s a wonderful person and we were lucky to have gone through this process with her.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough positive things about Kelly Rosen. Kelly is no mere realtor, she is a real estate concierge! She helped us buy our house in Milton in 2016 when we were newbies to Georgia and then helped us sell that house and move to John's Creek in July 2018. Kelly handles literally everything, which for busy working families is a God-send. She helped paint, brought over shower curtains, patched a carpenter bee hole, you name it. We were in contract so quickly on our house that we hadn't even started looking for a home to buy. We ended up with a short window to find a house or have to move into a hotel. Not ideal with 2 dogs and a 3 year old. Kelly saw every house in our target neighborhoods--easily 50 houses---in a window of a few weeks. She would set up appointments at a moment's notice. We ended up finding our dream house on the last day we could get in contract on time. Kelly juggled coordinating the inspections and other contractors we needed to come out to evaluate the house. Kelly had been very diligent when we were selling our house and made sure we knew that if we didn't provide the correct costs on the disclosure for the HOA fees and initiation that we were responsible for the difference at closing. This unfortunately happened to the seller of our new house and they had to pay an additional $1,000 at closing to us. It's just another way that Kelly is looking out for her clients. Following our closing, there were a number of items the seller had not cleared from the inspection. Kelly set up all the appointments to get the items fixed. Also, she remembers everything and is extremely organized. If I wasn't sure about something, I'd just call Kelly as she would have written it down or she would find out. I wouldn't work with anyone else if we have to move again.
