In full, we were looking to sell our existing home and purchase a new construction in 2021. We initially reached out to Tommy and Wendi in December of 2020 (through a referral) to start the planning process. We signed our new construction contract in Jan of 2021 with the expectation of a late summer/early fall move in. We never expected the wild ride we were about to embark upon because of Covid, supply chain issues and an uncommunicative builder. We finally sold our current home in March of 2022 and moved into the new construction home in April of 2022. Throughout this 16 month process Tommy and Wendi were always there for us.
