Experiencia fantástica: Joanna Recinos and Casa Bella Realty made the process of selling my condo and buying a new home as smooth as possible. Joanna was very attentive, patient, supportive and kind, but also super on top of all the moving pieces. She even was great with my 2 year old. Her team was also great with answering questions and following up on missing items. Buying and selling at the same time is always stressful but knowing you have a realtor in your corner that isn't just in it for the money was wonderful!

We've fired other agencies, before meeting Esperanza, because they pushed us toward the top of what we could borrow (I'm talking completely unstainable payments) . Esperanza was the opposite, she set us up to find properties that made us comfortable and then carried us over the finish line. It wouldn't have been possible without her.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I didn’t have any realtor to help us to sell our house, after some research my wife found Team Ruiz in some website with great reviews, so lucky us we gave them a shot. I don’t usually write reaviews, but they deserve not just the best review possible, but all my gratitude for helping us selling our house. Everything started when we didn’t even have a date to sell the house. So Marisela had to explain how everything was going to work and she had to wait a few months until we gave the go ahead to put our house on the market. Her experience in our city made a big positive impact. Marisela knew everything about other properties on the market, right price to ask, how long (more or less) was going to take, “open house” during the pandemic with appointments only, facemask, all kind of protection was amazing specially for us with a newborn baby at home. In 2 weeks we accepted an offer and the process was always super well explained. Team Ruiz was super easy going and they never took more than 1 or 2 minutes to reply a txt for example. They were ALWAYS ready to answer any question we had. My family appreciate Team Ruiz big time!

Elma helped me buy a home out in the inland empire and I'm incredibly glad and thankful that I had someone like her in my corner, ESPECIALLY during the escrow process because it was VERY STRESSFUL at times. We had a few ups and downs with the sellers and their agent as they were really tough and unreasonable at times - they made the process so complicated.
