Experiencia negativa: This Fair Rrogram in El Segundo claim that they was going to help my mother with her loan modification- but waited to the last minute for the house to get foreclosure and tell her to go file bankruptcy so it will buy her some time for them to do a short sale.. After she did the foreclose - they did the short sale and made so many promises that we have in black and white on paper- which they did not meet.. My mother is an elderly person who was put on the street caused by them.. I spoke to someone that had the same situation done to her mother- made a deal with her to remove her negative post and they will removed the short sale on her mothers house.. I wish I had listen to her about this company and warned my mother and had her go with someone else but Jeremy Klein stayed pressuring my mom that him and his company would help her but instead helped her out on the streets.. If your an elderly person looking for help this is not the company to look toooo for that assistance..

Experiencia fantástica: A few months ago when our property went into pre-foreclosure, someone from the Fair Program stopped by our house and offered to help us with the Loan Modification process. We did not think much of the visit since many other people and organizations had also stopped by to offer the same programs. There was one difference in the way the Fair Program representative expressed himself that made them stand out in our minds, something honest about him. Many months later, after trying out various other services and programs and solutions, and basically waiting for a miracle, we finally decided to call the Fair Program. We met with Jeremy and he walked us through the entire process. I have to say we were a bit skeptical at first just because we had dealt with so many other people that had just wasted our time. I was contacted by Brandon H. and he explained to me that the Fair Program could help me free of charge. I was skeptical at first because I didn't believe that this company would help me to save my home for free. I did some research on the company and found that it was all TRUE. I made an appointment with Brandon. He educated me on loan modifications the process and how they work. He walked me through filling out my paperwork correctly and submitted the package to the bank for me. Once submitted the bank was giving me a hard time regarding the requirement for a complete package. I was able to get help from Brandon to figure out exactly what was needed when the bank wasn't communicating what was needed. Brandon was able to get the bank to send me the form I needed by email on the spot. Once all documents was received it took about 3 weeks for the approval from the bank.Through the process Brandon was very knowledgeable, polite and professional.
