No question was ever too small, and they always took the time to explain every step so I felt confident in my decisions.

He was always answered our questions it doesn't matter what the time was he always answered each question, his availability was great. He made me fell comfortable all the time during the process, and he also showed to us pretty deep knowledge about the market, he always listen to us and he offered his comments in order to make us see some specific things that were not in our radar. I'm totally happy and satisfied with his high quality work made that helped us to find our home :)

Experiencia negativa: Ater an inquiry email, a phone call, and a text. I finally heard from i guess the brother? Made an appointment to see a home (on market for over 90 days), person never showed up, then I called number on sign in front of home person who answered couldn't care less that nobody was home. No apologies. Ended up not even seeing the home, after texting the number stating that I'm no longer interested in viewing the home all the reply was, was a thumbs up react to the text I sent. Horrible business model.
