Our dryer broke and she had come in half way through the process of getting a new one to takeover for another employee who is no longer with the company. This task was not an easy one and had multiple delays due to the manufacturing of the stacking kit, and the lack of communication from Home Depot and their delivery process. Jade did everything she could to make it right by providing a weekly credit towards our rent for the money we had to spend on doing laundry, and also made sure that the dryer was installed properly by their technicians since Home Depot would not install the dryer. Experiencia positiva: We had a maintenance request put in on 11/03/25 for a broken motion sensor switch. Ahyeza was very helpful with assisting us in getting an electrician out to fix the issue. The electrician, Sergio, was scheduled to come fix the issue on 11/04/25. My only complaint is that when the electrician came to fix the switch, he told me that no picture was provided to him for what switch needed to be fixed. Because of this, he did not bring the appropriate switch that needed to be replaced and had to come back the next day, 11/05/25, to fix the issue. I had provided Cal Agents with an image of the switch when I submitted the maintenance request and thought it strange that they did not share that info with the electrician. Being as this was just a minor inconvenience, I'm not too upset but thought it was something to take note of.

They also made payment faster--immediately--than other facilities management companies we work with. Experiencia negativa: Just signed a new lease with the help of Fiona, Johannes, and Ram at Cal Agents Realty. They were quick to respond and took care of the administrative logistics very quickly and professionally. Update 250919: While the initial experience of moving in went relatively smoothly, time has revealed the disappointing nature of CalAgents in addressing maintenance requests. We have been having issues with kitchen and bathroom leaks this past week starting on Tuesday. Jed from CalAgents said a plumber was scheduled to come Friday from 12-2 PM. I took the day off of work to be home during that time as I am the only one that can be home during that time. Come 2 PM, still no plumber. I get an email from Jed at 2:59 PM saying the plumber will be coming between 3-4 PM. The plumber then reached out to my roommate who then called me and told me that the plumber rescheduled Saturday 10 AM. My roommate also told me that he gave the plumber my number and that the plumber tried to reach out to me. I did not receive any call or email from the plumber and so I asked my roommate for the plumbers number to call him myself. Finally, was I able to speak to the plumber and confirm the rescheduled appointment. CalAgents needs to improve the way they coordinate with their plumbers to bring more satisfactory services to their tenants. The presence of leaks means that we cannot use the kitchen or bathroom sinks and thus cannot cook meals as we'd like and have to resort to sharing one bathroom in this 2 bed 2 bath unit.
