Experiencia negativa: I contacted Alexcia M. White about a room for rent she posted on Facebook marketplace. There are a lot of scams and fake posts on there and she is one as well. When I asked about the room,she increases the rent by $100. Although the ad stated the rent at $950. She claimed the additional fees for the room is for electricity. So the rent is now $1050 I tell her she is a fraud and the ad is fake & she hung up on me.

Experiencia negativa: Do they accept cityfheps vouchers? This notice was a week ago that I asked this question. Update 12/19/22.... Still no answer they only want people buying homes. They only offer SRO: Single Room Occupancy. All vouchers STAY AWAY. NOT IN OUR FAVOR. . Not going to blast a agent, was calling her no answer. This chick claim "she have gotten wisdom 2 tooth pulled. Right around Thanksgiving or after. She posted food photos. Stating it was "game night, food was good !!. WHATEVER, YET 2 WISDOM AT THAT. BYE FELICIA

Experiencia negativa: Went to view a house at an open house when we showed up we explained to the open house agent, Fatima Gillan, that we were waiting for our realtor before viewing the house. Fatima refused to show us the property. She was extremely unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and had a disgusting attitude. Fatima is obviously desperate to make a sale so refuses to show properties to anyone who has a realtor. Do not work with Fatima Gillian. She is a horrible person.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I worked with this realty because the realtor Michelle Brown seemed to care and knowledgeable. I later found out that she was a trainee and had never closed a deal. I didn’t let this turn me off but I gave her a chance as she seemed on point. We finally found a home after 3 months of making offers, viewing homes and placed an offer. I was advised to do the inspection without a contract and disagreed but they pressured and assured me this was standard industry practice. I paid for the inspection and after 3/4 day I still had not gotten the contract. After a few days I was made aware that i missed out on the contract and they accepted a cash offer. A week later the sellers realtor called me and said they would like to enter into contract with me as the last buyer fell out of contract. I felt alone as no one from Fave was in the know of what’s going on, anyway… I contacted Michelle Brown, who I must add seems like a really nice loyal person but I can’t say the same for the people training her I think that’s what will be her mistake going forward, being aligned with Fave. Anyway, I notified them and after 60 days the seller backed out and I lost my time and $500 previously paid for inspection. The manager at fave started to ignore my text and phone calls… you know when it shows read but no response or they block you and it goes through as a text message and she started sending my calls to voicemail. In the end, we worked with another realtor and found a great home with .26 acres, pool, fireplace, 3 room and a basement, front yard and 3 floors of beauty. I’m grateful they dropped the ball and thank God we were able to find our dream home with no help from fave

I decided I would like to go with the higher bidder or the person putting the higher deposit down. Do not be upset with him because it’s not his decision to make at the end.

Experiencia negativa: Last year October, we found a beautiful house that we were very interested in. The broker, Marlon Paul, is absolutely TERRIBLE and a CHEAT. He strung us along and then told us he decided “on a different buyer because they named a higher price”. We still wanted the house, so he told us to bring a pre-approval loan paper in THREE days! Even though we did, he did not give us the house. Now several months later, the house was back on sale and we once again tried to buy it. We offered the asking price, and he continuously gave us excuses, refused to talk to us, strung us along AGAIN, and did not give us the house again saying he “selected a different buyer”.

I was fortunate enough to work with Reese through a recommendation and he's everything you'd want in a realtor and more. Honest, knowledgable, resourceful, patient and negotiating skills like I've never seen! As first time home buyers, my husband and I didn't even know where to begin. Then we met Reese and 3 weeks later we found a house! His knowledge of the Real Estate industry is as impressive as it is helpful. Reese genuinely wanted us to understand our options and make informative decisions that we were comfortable with and he guided us throughout the entire process.
