Nina has the ability to work with you, but at the same time be very honest and straightforward with what needs to be done to optimize the salability of your property. Not only does Nina possess this expertise, but she has the contacts and the connections to facilitate this process. If you need a licensed electrician, she'll connect you with one. If you need a plumber, she knows that person too. Nina connected us to the handyman that made improvements to our property. Above all, Nina is a person of integrity and she handled all our matters above board and by the book. I have known Nina for over six years and dealt with her on multiple transactions and can not disagree more with the comment about her lack of professionalism. As for your experience visiting my home, the agent works for the seller, and as such, she was following my instructions. Not only is Nina extremely professional, but has done an outstanding job marketing my home. I received over 5,500 views on Zillow in just five days, and within that time she has shown it to approximately 75 pre-qualified buyers. Due to the extreme interest Nina was able to generate and my concerns over so many people being in my home while we are still in the midst of a pandemic, I had instructed Nina to allow visitors by appointment only. The open house signs were simply to assist people in finding the house. It was CLEARLY posted online that the viewings were BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Also, the reason Nina was not offering additional information was because she was busy servicing those who actually made an appointment; 27 people that day alone, 15 minutes apart. She was not handing out cards or spec sheets because AGAIN, she was following my instructions... due to the overwhelming demand she was able to generate in such a short time, and the exhaustion of four lengthy open houses in 5 days, I had told her explicitly, NO ADDITIONAL appointments were to be booked, period. It is my understanding that she explained all of this to the previous reviewer but was met with a nasty attitude and argument about the fact that there was an open house sign. All in all my personal experience with Nina has been fantastic, she is a very seasoned realtor who knows the local market extremely well. She is a great negotiator who recently helped me buy a fantastic property below asking price, and I have already received multiple offers above asking on my current home. Nina has my highest recommendation, and I will definitely be using her for future transactions.

Experiencia negativa: We had the pleasure to meet Nina today at an open house. Followed the open house signs to the property only to find Nina at the door informing us it's an open house but by appointment only and the day is full, no further conversation. Not the end of the world but her attitude and customer service was poor to say the least. Perhaps an acceptable approach was to kindly apologize since the day was booked with appointments, although the signs I followed clearly said open house, offer us a house spec sheet with her card and propose another day to view the home, something called customer service that apparently Nina is lacking. I suppose the market is booming and Nina is not interested in customer service. We'll see if there is a difference when the market slows down. I will take my cash offer elsewhere as well as find a reputable realtor to sell my current home located in the neighborhood.
