I needed an agent to handle an estate sale for me and Michelle sold the property at the first open house. It was a complicated sale due to a land lease expiration in 27 years and therefore, lenders would not issue a 30 year mortgage. Michelle literally "held my hand" throughout the process and negotiated with the buyers a 20 year mortgage on the property after they were denied for a 30 year mortgage. The entire sale could have fallen apart and due to Michelle's due diligence, there was a successful closing. In addition Michelle met with the painter, junk removal people, and floor installer providing me with the gift of time and there's no money value that can be placed on the gift of time. She also selected a couple, who according to my dad's upstairs neighbor, is a great find. They are courteous, thoughtful and make good neighbors. Michelle was able to accomplish what at times appeared impossible.
