Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough wonderful things about my realtor Baldassare LaRussa! Selling my home was an incredibly emotional and stressful experience for me, especially as a single mom. I was extremely nervous about the entire process and had so many worries and questions along the way. From the very beginning, he made me feel like I was never alone in it. He was patient, understanding, professional, knowledgeable, and always there to reassure me when I needed it most. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. What meant the most to me was that I never felt like I was just another client. I felt genuinely cared for and supported. Selling a home is such a huge life transition, and having someone who was not only excellent at their job but also compassionate and understanding made all the difference. I am so grateful for everything he did for me and for helping make what I thought would be an overwhelming experience feel so much easier. Experiencia fantástica: A Heartfelt Thank You Baldo came highly recommended by my brother-in-law, and after working with him to purchase a home for my mom, I can honestly say we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. My mom can be very particular, change her mind often, and after losing a few homes she truly loved, it was easy to feel discouraged. But Baldo never let us lose hope. He always reminded us that the right home would come along—and he was right. ❤️ Since my mom doesn’t drive, he went above and beyond countless times to make sure she could see the homes she wanted. He was always honest, patient, available, and truly listened to what she was looking for. Through every offer, disappointment, worry, and even a few tears, he was there. What stood out most was that Baldo never just wanted to make a sale. He genuinely cared about finding the right home for my mom and our family. He always said, “If you’re not happy, I’m not happy.” And you could tell he truly meant it. After months of searching, we finally found the one. When we closed, it honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to a family member because of how much time we spent together. ❤️ Baldo, thank you for making such a stressful process feel easier, for always being genuine, and for caring as much as you did. We are beyond grateful. If you’re buying or selling a home, call Baldo—you will not be disappointed! ❤️ Truly thankful, Valerie And Maria

Experiencia fantástica: When my husband and decided to sell our first home and purchase a new home in an entirely different area which we were not too familiar with, we were nervous, anxious...you name the emotion,we were going through it. One day, we attended an open house (one of MANY that I had found online on my own), and this is where we met Baldo. I can't say enough about how comfortable Baldo made us feel. We spoke at length with him about that particular house, and although it was not "the one", my husband and I walked out of there with Baldo's card and we both agreed that maybe that was not the house for us, but at least we had FINALLY met a RE agent that we both liked (and we had met many at that point!). We did finally end up finding our forever home, and with Baldo's help, we sold our first home and purchased the new one. Baldo was patient, funny, kind, he knows his RE estate stuff, and more importantly, he was always available to us. Any questions or concerns we had, Baldo was always one phone call or text away. We are still in touch almost 5 years later!! :) So if you are in the market for a great agent, look no further! Baldo is a pleasure to work with!!
