One more note, he sold for the highest price per square feet in the history in our subdivision. He is a awesome realtor.

They are knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with their time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). They answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling your first home is challenging, but working with them made it painless and straightforward as possible. My wife and I highly recommend Steve and Christina.

Experiencia negativa: Woody Willis is by far the worst agent I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Never have I felt more disrespected and bashed in my entire life. Not only was he the rudest agent but he also is a thief. For weeks and weeks he promised me he mailed my security deposit back. He promised on many different occasions and each day was another excuse but he kept promising me he mailed it. He told me I could meet him to get it and then when I went to meet him he had another excuse. Then said he certified mailed it but wouldn't give me any information. Still 8 months later I have yet to receive my security deposit from him. He is a liar and a thief and I would never recommend anyone deal with him. Ever.

Experiencia negativa: This company is the worst company you can buy or sale from. They have people work in there that are scammers and thieves. One of the employees or employee wife came to my house and stole my weight system out of my backyard.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of working with Jerome from 3DX Real Estate in Novi while going through the process of looking for and purchasing a home and had a great experience! Over the course of a few months we saw many homes in the Metro Detroit area until we finally found the one! With the Detroit housing market on the rise this required quick service and Jerome was always fast to respond and setup showings while also provided great knowledge and insight of the process. We would definitely refer Jerome to friends and family and plan to work with him again in the future! Great person and great service!

He carefully explained everything in great detail, and was very accommodating in helping us find our home. Experiencia negativa: This unprofessional realtor named Mac decided to hire me at a rental property, decided to not check any of my credentials, then accused me of not doing a proper job and not being licensed or insured. She also wanted me to write her two receipts, one showing that an inspection had been done, and another showing the work that was needed, so she could hide the fact that work was needed and could lie to the renters. So based on her ignorance, she believes it's OK to try and slander my business. Get a clue, Mac.

Experiencia negativa: Just the worse experance. We are now with a differant agency that is on the ball with everything. I am so disappointed of what my family went through with the agent we worked with. All lies and drag my family through hell and never even got the home we were suposed to buy. Now with this new company we are about to close on our new home. No problems.

Experiencia fantástica: My Realtor Jerry Weaver was amazing and has found himself a lifelong client. I had a tight schedule and limited time to show my home when selling it and Jerry orchestrated it perfectly and got me more than I expected. When it came to purchasing my new home, Jerry listened to what I was looking for and each time we went out looking it showed that he was paying attention. Once I landed on the house I was interested in Jerry went to work and made it happen. In a tight market I don't think I would be in the home I have now if it wasn't for Jerry and the 3DX team.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible. I signed with Maria Reyes from this company as my realtor and it easily has been my biggest regret. The entire purchase process has been horrible and unnecessarily stressful because of the service I received from her. The agreements her and I made regarding the purchase agreement never made it into the contract. Instead, 30 days of free occupancy for the sellers after closing was placed in the agreement. When I contacted her about this, she said she could not recall our conversation regarding closing agreements. In the end, she was generous enough to offer to pay me half of the PITI her and I agreed the sellers would pay me (before she put the wrong information in the contract) because she said she "accidentally gave me another clients information"... which was her excuse every time something went wrong. I have never bought a house before, but I am pretty sure a realtor should be professional enough to understand which client they are talking to and give them THEIR information, not another clients closing information. On top of this, we are now a few days away from closing and she tells me the PITI money she agreed to pay me she used to pay for a broker compliance fee (she basically used the money she owed me to pay herself the $299 fee that my MSHDA loan covers). I called my lender right away and after he contacted her, she text me back and said MSHDA is covering the fee (like I said...) and she will be giving me a check for the money she owed me from the PITI at closing. Basically, she tried to rip me off and get paid twice the compliance fee (once from MSHDA and once from ME). She has been one of the most unprofessional and confused people I have ever worked with. 90% of the time, I felt like she was working more for the sellers than she was for me. Actually, 90% of the time, I felt like I was my own realtor, as I had to basically do her job when it came to finding an inspector approved by MSHDA and other MSHDA loan related details. I did not feel like what I wanted was important or considered throughout the entire process. I cannot wait for the closing on my house so I will not have to deal with this company any longer. I will never recommend this company to anyone. If I could give my experience a score of zero stars, I would... Unfortunately google will not let me :)

Experiencia fantástica: No words can describe how fortunate we were to be linked up with Estelle Oliansky in the search efforts of our return back to the Mitten. Estelle may have the title of a “Real Estate Agent” on her business card, but the value that she provided to us, goes way beyond that. Estelle is active in her local communities, which is more appreciative to bring to an Agent/Client partnership than you will ever know. This was our second time going through a home purchase experience and in a new area for us that we didn’t know a lot about. Being previous homeowners, we were more picky on what we wanted and were not pushing ourselves to a deadline, and Estelle was there supporting us each step of the way. We looked at a total of 33 homes, in 4 different communities, over a four month span. The fact is Estelle is the sole reason why we looked at the home that we eventually purchased and will forever owe her gratitude for doing so. We would invite you to give Estelle the opportunity to represent you in your next home sell/purchase and learn for yourself what assets Estelle can bring you. And if there is any more convincing needed on why to partner with Estelle, simply ask her why she became a Real Estate Agent in the first place and that should be all of the reassurance you should need. Thank you Estelle for everything that you did for us in our return back to Michigan.

The 3DX staff was there to help me from beginning to end in buying my first home a few years ago - including a ton of viewings and patience during a ridiculous amount of viewings, and a nervous buyer! Now that things have changed - They were able to sell my home quickly - for top dollar - and without a single headache. The closing went better than I could have ever hoped for. Experiencia negativa: Completely unprofessional! They do not have your best interest in mind; they only care about their bottom line! We had a horrific experience with a realtor. She cancelled appointments at the last minute and would not take calls from us. We told management that we would like another realtor assigned to us and they would not. We got suck in a bad situation with a horrible company. Please do yourself a favor and don’t take a chance on this company. >Response is unapologetic and takes no accountability….Pretty much sums up the whole experience! Thank you for reaffirming my original thoughts!

I must admit that the first realtor company we used was good, but my experience with Jerome Townsend of 3DX was phenomenal and second to none! He worked diligently day and night to see to it that my wife and I not only got our first home, but bought it for the price we wanted! She would get as excited as we did when we would see a home that fit everything we wanted even though we lost many of them in bidding wars. We were so extremely pleased with how quickly our home sold and the price we got for it considering the market and compared to what we had been told by other realtors who had no idea what they were talking about.
