Experiencia fantástica: I am a prior tenant of a property managed by Doro in Rochester, MN. I lived at the Lofts at Mayo Park for 3 years. The building was managed by a different group during my second year there. When Doro took over, they put so much work into improving the living experience. Large projects such as beautifying the outdoor spaces and working through the backlog of outstanding maintenance requests from the previous PM group were done quickly. One small but truly impressive detail is that they cleared cobwebs in the stairwells and parking garage within the first week of taking over. I hate spiders, so I’d always look up at those cobwebs and was shocked when they were gone! That is when I decided to extend my lease for another year. Anika has gone above and beyond as a PM by helping me let someone into my apartment to take care of my cat when I was unexpectedly out of town. She also helped me find someone to haul heavy furniture during the move out process. She’s also just a friendly face and someone who seems to truly care for the tenants and doing her job well. Kevin is another PM who was quick to respond when I locked myself out of my apartment. Both of them are professional and easy to work with. If I ever move back to Minnesota I would definitely want to work with Doro again.

After viewing several homes and knowing exactly what we were looking for, Aaron Rosell had a lightbulb moment, he knew the house for us. By noon -- no more than 24 hours after the owners had decided to sell -- we walked into an off-market home, fully lived-in and filled with pre-holiday chaos. A tour of the house confirmed what we knew upon crossing the threshold, Aaron was right, this was meant to be our home. We left the house for a beer at our favorite brewery, and called Aaron, formalizing our interest by putting in an offer. The rest of the day is a bit of a blur and we were asleep by 10pm, but on Christmas Eve morning, we awoke to find a late-night message from Aaron -- asking us to call him when we woke up. We called and learned that our offer had been accepted. So what brings me to write this a year after the events transpired? Two main reasons: 1. I am in my feels about how much has changed in the last year. We bought a home, got a second dog, got engaged, eloped (surprise, Aaron!), did a million home projects, fixed the furnace... twice, and welcomed so many friends and family into our little slice of the universe. 2. In the moments that were not so glamorous, like when the furnace went out... twice... or when some grifter tried to tell us we needed to replace the foundation immediately, Aaron was there to help us cut through the BS and deal with the highs and lows of owning a house that was built when our great grandparents were in diapers. His commitment to us didn't end when the ink dried on the deed. I know that no matter what we need, he's got the best contacts in the industry and makes himself available to answer whatever questions we have -- even a year later. You spend a ton of time with your realtor, so like-ability is huge. Aaron is authentic, funny, patient, takes the time to get to know his clients, has an amazing memory, is a great writer, has great taste in music and coffee, and is the most thoughtful gift-giver. I have a feeling Aaron becomes great friends with many of his clients - I know that’s certainly true of us! 2. Aaron clearly has a ton of experience, and a level of expertise that comes only when you’ve sold a ton of homes. When he said “here’s what’s normal…” I had the utmost trust in his opinion. 3. His first-time homebuyer education is phenomenal. He gave us a literal crash course in real estate, patiently explaining every little detail along the way. If you are a “knowledge is power” kind of person, you will love this about Aaron. 4. Aaron’s showing agent, Katherine McManus, was also phenomenal to work with: punctual, organized, knowledgeable, and savvy. Katherine made us feel “known” and took the time to understand what we were really looking for. She was also incredibly patient with our 3 & 1-year olds, who tagged along to most of our showings. 5. Aaron’s recommendations and connections: Need an arborist inspection within 48 hours? How about 2?? Aaron has strong relationships with a huge network of service providers in the cities, so when we’ve needed anything (carpet installers, arborists, inspectors, you name it), Aaron had a go-to name for us. And he hasn’t led us astray yet! When he says someone is “best in the biz,” it’s been true. And if you got this far in reading this review and you are that buyer that went on one showing with someone that called you after you put your phone number in a website and they haven't responded to your text or called you back about that one property your interested in looking at....then stop waiting, call him, book an appointment. Like, now, seriously, stop reading...call someone that actually cares and has your back; Call AARON. You won't regret it. If I am wrong, find me online and shoot me 1 star. I would risk my reputation on this gentleman any day. He simply is the best.
