They were very personable on the pre visit, did a lot of research into comps and pricing and coached us through the listing, fixing up and cleaning, as well as all of the obvious sales steps. We followed Kathy’s advice and we. Got what we wanted. The videoing/pictures were professionally done and the preview nicely set up the live sale. We did not have to go to open house mode.
