Experiencia fantástica: A RAVE FOR FAVE I very strongly recommend Fave Realty in Baldwin. I assisted my mother in the recent sale of her home and Fave was exceptional in facilitating the transaction. I walked into their office not knowing anyone and had a conversation with Associate Broker Andrew. I wanted assurance that they had the technology, marketing, resources, and any other tools necessary to produce a sale within a reasonable time. Andrew assured me they would very capably handle all aspects of the sale, and indeed, they FULLY delivered. Fave is a complete one-stop shop and Andrew was phenomenal!! The day after my office visit, Andrew went to my mom’s home and talked through the sales process with her, explaining everything in a clear and straightforward manner. Upon signing on, he immediately set up open house showings within days. We also needed resources and he put us in touch with a great lawyer, a skilled landscaper, and even a handyman that was needed on very short notice. He came up with a wise pricing strategy that worked and attracted many prospective buyers. Within 3 weeks we had a bunch of solid offers and the property ultimately sold above asking price. Do yourself a favor and work with this highly skilled realty office, they will not disappoint and I have nothing but praise for them!

Experiencia negativa: Went to an open house yesterday in Babylon and it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. We were the first guests at the showing, about 30 minutes after the start. All the lights were off and the shades were down in every room. It was a waterfront house, wouldn’t you want to show off the canal! The agent was very uninformed about any of the details of the home. After realizing the incompetence we quickly left

As a first time home buyer, I can say we choose the right broker, Mr. Malakai Graham is responsive, extremely informative, patient, and a positive motivator. He helped us choose the appropriate house of our choice by listening to exactly what we asked him for. There's a saying " It takes one time to make a first impression". In his case, he has it in his DNA. I can write a book about his personality, I choose not to so I can give others a chance to express their thoughts and feelings about this humble and honest broker who tend to go above and beyond by making sure everyone is happy with their final outcome. My advise to anyone that read the reviews, don't believe everything you read, you may loose a great opportunity. Think positive and try to build a positive relationship and building that trust by being non judgemental so more opportunities can come your way. Experiencia negativa: Nice people but poor customer service; they do not follow through. I had 4 months to find a place. I sent her MANY houses and co-ops that I found through other sources. She made a few appointments then cancelled them all so in 4 months I saw zero places. She was nice and friendly overall but lacked everything else. She would forgot to check her email or got locked out or something. She’d make an appointment for us to go see something then the day of would cancel because she had an issue and couldn’t make it the seller was no longer showing. I would NEVER EVER use them or her again and I could NEVER in good conscience recommend anyone to her or the group. I was made to feel as if I didn’t matter because I wasn’t buying a $500k house. Definitely not good business. She just left me hanging. I never saw any property and was never reached out to. BUYER BEWARE. It’s truly not worth the headache and aggravation. She talked a good game but it was a COMPLETE AND TOTAL waste of time at least with realtor Katiana Anglade. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

She was responsive, attentive and dealt with my craziness and anxiety with a calm and straight forward demeanor. Throughour the entire process, she was well informed, responsive and kept the deal afloat despite numerous delays and set backs at no fault of her. I recommend her to everyone I know and now recommend her to everyone reading this.

Experiencia negativa: STAY AWAY! I am a military veteran and this realty agency doesn’t seem to have their realtor or their finance department on the same page with majority of the issue. Not a great sport and to the realtor the customer is just a paycheck to them, eager to close the deal as fast as they can without double-checking in making sure proper documents have been filed or not. Be careful with the staff, you are just a paycheck to them. They would say or do anything to manipulate you into thinking everything is good but at the end say “I’m Sorry” when it doesn’t work out!
