Experiencia positiva: When it comes to personality and responsiveness Cory is one of the best we have worked with, and we have worked with a few. I will say we were not a fan of the portal he used, and probaly most realtors use, to show us houses. It seemed like we found more and different stuff on our own. He sent us alot of homes we really didnt like and it was discouraging. Now this may be us and the market to be honest, I feel like my wife and I were a bit tough because we had a pretty big check list, but at the price we were shopping in we felt justified. Cory was willing to go anywhere though, he drove all over PA with us and was always avalable when we needed him and really seemed to know the areas pretty well as far as schools, location and things to do. Ultimately we found the house we ended up buying on our own, it didn't check all the boxes but it was the vibe we were going for. Cory was very much on it with the buying process. Keeping us updated, meeting me there for inspections, giving us referrals for reapirs that needed to be done and all around very helpful and very much apart all the way to the end. Anytime I had a question he had the answer or would reach out immediately and get back to us very fast.
