Experiencia fantástica: When we first met Juliet, we weren't even sure which part of Pennsylvania we want to settle in. Having worked with some overly aggressive/unprofessional agents in the past, we wanted to give Juliet some time before committing. Since we were new to PA, we asked Juliet many questions and she was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Because we don't have a particular town in mind, we asked Juliet to show us houses in different parts of PA (from Bryn Mawr to Media to West Chester to Yardley). We sometimes wonder if she thought we were picking towns at random! But, she never voiced any concern or questioned our agenda. She was always supportive and enthusiastic, and at the same time, honest in her assessment. Over the course of the next 5 months, we came to realize how lucky we had Juliet as our agent. In fact, the word agent does not do justice to her approach and service. I would characterize her as an advocate to her clients (perhaps, this is not a surprise given her prior profession as an attorney). She was laser-focused in making sure that we find the house that suits our needs. She gave us sound advice throughout the process and made sure that we did not overbid. During this whole time (from late 2020 to early 2021), the real estate market became a sellers' dream in a few short months. Every house was over-bided with multiple offers and our experience was no exception. During this time, Juliet adapted very quickly as she saw the changing market conditions and guided us with updated intel and advice. She was flexible in getting us appointments (since we were coming from out of state, we were limited to weekends which were booked up very quickly) and coming up with creative bidding strategies. We were very fortunate to have her in our corner because we were going to bid 10k more than the final agreed price. Experiencia fantástica: We had a night-and-day experience with Juliet versus our prior efforts to sell our home. Though we have a great house, we were still competing with the builder in the neighborhood for the foreseeable future. Not wanting to take a loss, Juliet suggested a "have it your way" approach to marketing the house, for sale, for rent, furnished, unfurnished... She juggled all those different types of listing and while we'd had the house on the market with only 2 showings in 3 months with our prior listing, once we had Juliet, we had 4 showings in the first two weeks and got a a renter, a wonderful executive family relocation for three years! It's absolutely perfect as that gives us time to wait out the builder and then work on selling again at that time. You can bet your sweet bippy we'll be having Juliet sell it once that time comes. She's professional, creative, and super-responsive. She got us the quantity and quality of traffic we needed to get this mortgage cost off our hands.
