Being first-time home buyers, Liz sat down with us months early and explained the whole process. She then checked in with us exactly when we asked her to and started our process. She viewed every home with us like it was her own purchase and asked questions we would have never thought of. Not to mention, David has lived 100 different lives and has connections to fix things and expertise in random things (i.e. ponds). Their recommendation on an inspector, Sean, was extremely appreciated. He checked into EVERYTHING and told us how to fix what wasn't up to par. Bonus: you get a fancy binder at the end with all your documents printed and all of the quotes they pulled for upgrades along the way. So helpful! All in all, 10/10 recommend using Liz and David to anyone and everyone!

My family and I were first-time homebuyers and had a million questions about what to do. Liz was always available, friendly and attentive to our needs. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and we always felt like she had our best interests in mind. We were very picky about what we wanted in our first home, and Liz made sure we got what we wanted. We had experiences with other real estate agents being very pushy and upset if the house they showed us was not everything we wanted. This was not the case with Liz. She was very patient with us and listened to our needs. Once we finally found what we wanted, we were in love with our new home, just as you should be when making one of the largest purchases of your life. During our home inspection, she was very quick to spot anything she felt was not adequate and communicated this immediately to the building team who corrected it. Even after we closed, Liz was still available to help us figure out warranty issues with some of our appliances. If you are in the market for a home, you need Liz Holliday in your corner.

After we signed with are builder. Home inspections and meetings was a NO SHOW. If your looking for a lazy and unprofessional Realitor use Liz Holiday and Co. Not to mention she wanted to sell my other home for led than 25% of what I sold it for today. I would not let her sell me or any one I know a house. NOT A GOOD AGENT AT ALL VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
