Let me preface this review by noting that my mortgage lender offered me a rebate if I were to use one of their certified realtors. Despite this opportunity for cash back on my closing costs, I still chose MTW Real Estate simply because of the dedicated experience that Justin Murillo gave me. I cannot emphasize it enough when I say this guy goes above and beyond to help his clients. As a first-time home buyer, I was pretty nervous and had a lot of questions. But Justin did not miss a beat and was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. He drove all over Boise and toured numerous homes with me until I finally found the perfect one. He never made me feel like I was too much or a burden or being too picky. And I am not kidding when I say this guy made me feel like his ONLY customer. He answered my emails and texts and calls during all hours of the day and night, including weekends. He worked fast and diligently to get my documents in order each time the moment came for me to quickly put in an offer on a house. He spent countless hours walking me through all of my paperwork (like my offer agreement, inspection report, appraisal, etc.) making sure that I felt comfortable and confident each step of the way. But I think the biggest moment that stood out to me and solidified in my heart that I was making the right decision by choosing MTW Real Estate, happened right before I found my dream home. I had just put an offer on a place I really liked but ended up losing the house to a buyer with a cash offer. I was disappointed to say the least and ended up having a very real conversation with Justin where I shared how discouraged I felt and that I was losing motivation to continue my search. I decided I wanted to take a break for a while because I felt like the right thing for me just wasn’t out there. But Justin told me to be patient and keep my hopes up. He said to just wait a little longer and he was sure the right thing would come along. Then I kid you not, a few hours later, I found the home I now currently live in, own, and love-- which would not have been possible without Justin's encouragement, kindness, and positive attitude. Justin then spent the next 48 hours meticulously following up and checking in with the seller's agent until he finally received word that they had accepted my offer! From that point on until my close date, it was only smooth sailing. Not to mention, I was technically going to be out of the country on my exact closing date so Justin also helped organize a mobile notary for me so I could sign everything before I left. He also held on to my keys for me and checked on my house to make sure none of the pipes froze while I was out of town. As far as real estate clients go, I know I was definitely on the more complicated side of the spectrum. And I cannot thank Justin enough for putting up with me and for holding my hand throughout this emotional, stressful, and exciting process that is becoming a homeowner. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about Justin, MTW Real Estate, and my experience. If I could rate it higher than a 10/10, I absolutely would! From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Justin again for everything. I could not have gotten through this without him! Experiencia fantástica: The overall process of selling a home can be overwhelming but Mike did an excellent job of keeping us informed along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process and continued to allow us to make our own decisions while giving his professional advice. There were definitely some odd contingencies with getting our home sold but Mike was literally working well into the night or early morning multiple times to make sure our situations were all taken care of. He was patient and gracious with us as we worked through selling our home. With this being the first time we have done this, he made the process feel extremely comfortable. As a lone, first time home buyer I had no idea what all to expect during the process. If you've been looking recently you are familiar with how the housing prices in the area have been spiking at an insane rate. Mike and his team made it very clear what steps were necessary and provided all the information and support to clarify any confusion on what was needed on my end. I can say from this experience that if you do your diligence, have all your info ready to go, and are prompt with responding Mike and his team will do the same. They made the first time buying process go much more smoothly than I could have expected. The timeline for this process stands as a great example of Mike and his team's efficiency: 1) Within one week of initial contact we scoped four places of interest while coordinating around work schedules and were prepared to make two offers. He was able to show us every house we wanted to see (which was a lot) in a weekend. He scheduled the home inspection, did all the walk throughs, and got the keys earlier than expected.
