Nicole even took care of having someone mow the lawn for us on closing day and left us a whole basket of goodies to welcome us to our new home. There were so many other things that she did for us and small personal touches that made the experience as smooth as could be (such as an absolutely incredible binder with ALL the documentation, vendor recs, and monthly home maintenance checklist in it!) She was truly a fabulous realtor to work with and I'd recommend her to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Nicole is an absolute ROCKSTAR of a Realtor – she truly CARES about her clients, goes above and beyond in all she does, and has the knowledge and skills to do what others can’t for you. When she ask what our wants were in a home I jokingly said my husband said we need to be in a home before our son’s wedding 10/5/24. With in 2 hrs she had me in contact with her lender and the application process started for our VA loan. We looked at homes that Saturday and Monday. Put in an offer the next Wednesday. Nicole negotiated for us behind the scenes to see what the seller was wanting in the sell since there was another offer on the table. We got a call at 7:39 pm “Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner” . Our offer had been accepted and the process began. We closed on the house in 3 weeks and getting ready to move in 9/21/24, two weeks before our son’s wedding. I told Nicole multiple times how I could not do her job and that she was amazing at what she did. She had every thing under control from the lender, inspections and attorneys office. If we had known this was going to be this easy we would have done this a long time ago. If you need to buy or sell a property Nicole is your go to girl! We recommend her 1000%.
