Experiencia positiva: Overall they are not too bad of a company. They don’t answer the phone like that and their hours of operations could be better and more suited for tenants. Everyone is generally nice when you do get someone. I don’t appreciate how they charge ridiculous amounts for move out fees especially when you leave the place in a very good state. They have matte white walls which should be a first choice for moving families, but we still kept our walls pretty clean. They’ll will still charge and arm and a leg for move out and try to justify taking most of your deposit. No holes in the walls, no animals etc.

Experiencia negativa: Where do I begin I wasnt even going to write a review because I try to be peaceful and let things be , but my experience renting from this company was TERRIBLE‼️When I first began renting the home I was renting from another landlord who sold the house to the owners, One Source Property Management took over as managers of the home , I lived in the home for 14 years raised my 4 of adult children in the home. Everytime I had a issue there was nothing but the run around I would be told I was responsible for paying for repairs which end up being on the owner because the house is old and need to be updated, nothing was ever because of me I was a very clean and organized tenant, first they wanted me to pay for them painting their home , lied about what I was paying for did not paint the whole home or the outside pillars in which they said the invoice was for ! Smh but sent me a invoice for the bill, they would be sending me invoices stating it was for painting their home which they used cheap flat paint u can not wipe without paint coming off the wall, then they would send notices stating I needed the vacate the home for the same amount of the painting invoice stating I was behind on Rent when really they wanted me to pay for painting the home , then we had a issue where the air went out we were out our home for days and had to rent a motel room out of pocket because of the time they took to come service the air conditioning, then I had black mold growing under my bathroom floor which they never fixed or cared to be concerned about in which I had to call the city because it was ignored , then I had mice running all through our home MICE EVERYWHERE so bad we had to throw away so much of our food, I was disgusted I have small children and they were terrified to even walk around the home , I put in maintenance request no one ever came out to secure any openings for entry where they could have been entering the home, no one ever came again im responsible for anything in a home im renting in the state of nc anything that the tenant did not cause it’s on the landlords! I have finally moved and I’m so blessed to have better landlords , upon moving out Mindy Luck who was my home manager stated she would give me a good rental reference why so I would do a review on this company , I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO TRY TO DO RIGHT BY PEOPLE THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANT ONLY THE RENT MONEY BEING ON TIME EACH MONTH! We are living in a world where doing right by people despite their economic status IS NOT A CONCERN , I hope they can do better because GOD SEES ALL

Experiencia negativa: Horrible housing management ; my family has personally had the absolute worst experience from this company as far our housing situation and we have been living in frustration with having to battle rodents coming in and ravaging our food whereas we have had to throw away unopened food and wasted it because of the mice eating at it . Not to mention countless repairs that has not been fixed by this company due to us renting from under them!! So therefore we would not recommend this company to ANYONE .

Experiencia fantástica: OMG! I can only say, "An amazingly wonderful group of God sent people!" I came across One Source Property Management online and went by their office to inquire about a specific property. Everyone in the office was excited to assist me. However, that particular property was not the right fit for my circumstances. They told me not to worry but go to their website and view other listing's. I did and within a month I was living in my new place and loving it. Almost 2 years ago, I had applied for 5 other places and was approved for all 5. However, the wait lists were ridiculous. Make no mistakes...All OSPM staff is working for your good, and they are swift with their work. Thank you OSPM!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about this company. They manage the property where I am currently a tenant. I have been in my apartment for almost 4 years now. I was nervous when I found out several months ago that we were getting a new property management company, but this company has done more to this property in the past few months than the previous management company did in years. They genuinely care about their tenants, as well as the properties they manage. The office staff and maintenance are extremely friendly and unlike other property management companies, you don’t have to ask more than once to have something fixed!!! This has truly been the best property management company I have ever been a tenant for. I highly recommend renting from them!!!

Experiencia negativa: Sold my home through these guys, lowballed me on price due to the repairs they’d have to do and then when they sold the house not even a week later they made absolutely no repairs and sold as is and kept the ‘repair money’ they quoted me for. So I was under the impression that the estimated repair costs were taken out to fix the house…they ended up being pocketed. Go through an actual agent and sell it- these guys will not give you your money’s worth Edit: My property was located in Winston Salem, you had your people come from that local area to assess. Don’t tell me you didn’t have anything to do with it. I hope you guys go bankrupt

Experiencia negativa: The home we were living in was being sold. We were given 30 days to Vacate to avoid eviction, in which we were quarantined for 14 of them. We asked for 1 more month because we only had 10 days to look. We were told the owner wasn't responding. Yet the owner pays you to manage the property? Ok strike 1.... strike 2, I was charged $300 to replace my own personal fridge when I moved out. How does that work? Strike 3 was being charged to remove a toddler bed frame and carpet cleaner from the storage building (didn't even mean to leave) $150. They will not respond and explain why they charged $150 or why I had to pay to replace my own fridge. Their negligence to help us, got us more than they could offer and a huge blessing to our family but the lack of professionalism in this company is horrible. The day after they did a walk through, they supposedly mailed a vacate letter. In person they didn't know if it was being sold yet but they did know the next day. Received an email a month later asking if i received it. Then emailed me a new one stating they do not know what happened to it. They wanted to give us 2 months i was told but that's not what happened. 3 kids and 2 dogs. 2 and a half years at the same address. No rent owed. No damage done to the property except crayon markings. The house was nasty when I moved in. Walls had marker drawings when I moved in (we cleaned and painted that room), and the carpets were dirty so we cleaned them. Our door wouldn't lock for 2 months even when we moved out. They were made aware in person. I could go on and on. They were polite when they responded. That's my only positive note.

Experiencia negativa: Hello My Mother brought a house thur Susan Pifer It was nothing but Lies from day one. Every thing she promised including the heat system was not repaired as she stated. The basement leaked even tho you could see where it leaked . When questioned she stated it had been resealed. After moving in and it rained the furniture in basement was ruined she would not return calls. Or validate that there had been previous problems.SHe is not reliable. Lots of promises that dont happen. If you plan on using her I would suggest finding another realtor.

Experiencia negativa: I hate to complain, but we have had multiple issues with this company. Maintenance issues are only addressed after multiple attempts to contact. The peace of mind of the tenant is of no regard as I have been called difficult by my property manager for trying to get someone out promptly to repair plumbing and air conditioning issues. I was told “I should not try to be a tradesman if I’m looking for punctuality” and many other degrading comments by my property manager, but management lets these things slide. I have even sent text messages and emails, but nothing has been done. I really hope this company gets it together, because I feel very disrespected as a tenant.

That’s ok and we understand it business. One week later they bought a house a stones throw away from house. We were lied to by this company.
