Experiencia fantástica: Agent: Cheryl Gross Overall Fantastic experience. I met Cheryl while looking at one of the properties she had listed. This piece of land ended up not meeting my needs but she was more to than happy to find me ones that did. I was looking in a wide area and she even met me over an hour away and set up a tour of the property with one of the owners. We spent 4 months going back and forth pulling information on over a dozen properties before I found the perfect one. She assisted in confirming zoning, county specific regulations, utilities and deed restrictions. As someone who has never purchased raw land before there is a lot to consider and she covered all angles. I closed last week on my land and went into the closing confident she had gotten me a great deal and I knew exactly what to expect. I hope to work with her again in the future, I couldn’t have asked for more.

Experiencia negativa: Buyers Beware, Do not use Berkshire Hathoway as a buyer or seller. We had a horrible experience trying to buy a property. No one at Bershire helped us when serious issues arose. We lost alot of money.

Experiencia negativa: Contacted a person by the name of Marvin Speight. All the properties he sent me were properties I already see online. Decided to go another way and build a container home instead so I could customize it to my liking. Sent mr. Speight a email asking for lots for sale it went on deaf ears and I never received it. Matter fact the only reason he contacted me today (9-15-23) was because he saw I unsubscribed from text messages & he then asked about my settlement. Again unprofessional as well as unhelpful. Other than that I never heard from this man. He never inquired about anything. Definitely would not trust 600k (All cash sale) with this individual. The way it started would’ve been the way it ended. Him doing absolutely nothing at all. Horrible!!!

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give 10 stars I would. Katie Trenerowski has to be the best agent out there. She has been by my side and checking in with me even 4 months before I moved to North Carolina. She has been with me day and night and even when she was out of the country on vacation. She was always available. She calmed my nerves and my fears many times. We got to closing and my lender made a huge mess with the flood insurance they were requiring me to have on my FHA loan. Katie fought for me every step of the way. We would have never closed today had she just walked away when my lender tried to get her to. Katie is an angel. My lender was a whole other mess. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Experiencia positiva: While I appreciate the assistance in looking for homes for my sister, that is where the assistance stopped. Her agent apparently was only interested in the commission and none of the work. Since it was an all cash sale, with no contingencies, there was nearly nothing required for her to do. Unfortunately, she doesn't return calls and is extremely put out by the remainder of the process. She ran from the closing without so much as a handshake or a thank you. After closing we never heard from her again. In fact, the promised closing documents were never received. Fortunately, my sister was able to obtain another set from the attorney. I am sure that there are other qualified brokers with this agency but I cannot recommend. Southern hospitality was definitely lost on Anna Katherine.

Experiencia fantástica: WOW, EMILY DUNLAP IS AMAZING!!! I have nothing but praise for Emily. From day one she was very flexible, kind, lovingly straight forward, caring, and patient. She is extremely professional and gets things done. She doesn't sit around and wait for people to get back to her, she goes out and gets answers/action. Honestly, she has restored my faith in the real estate profession. She is easy going and stays calm under pressure, and we had a heck of a time with our closing and she was phenomenal. I actually felt and knew I could leave things in her hands and she would make sure all the "things" were done and on time. We were moving from a different city and didn't know the area well. She was very kind and showed us around and was very patient as we flopped back and forth between renting and buying land, to just renting, to buying a temporary home, and back around again. She was there every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgably and was great at explaining all of the details and the one time she wasn't sure, she got back to us with an answer really quickly. I can not sing Emily's praises enough. We are very grateful and feel very blessed to have been introduced to Emily. After 5 months of searching we are now in our new home and I feel as though I can consider Emily a new friend, not just my realtor. I would highly recommend Emily to family, friends, and strangers alike!! You will be working with a Gem if you choose Emily to represent you in your next Real Estate endeavor. Thank you Emily!!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have owned several homes over the past 20+ years. We had never had to file a claim on our home owners insurance until last February... and we had to file 2 separate claims due to 2 major issues! Our home owners insurance went up from $900 to $3600 that year because of our claims. While we expected it to increase... that was much more than we expected! Randall was able to shop around for us a new policy and it cut that by more than 50% off...and still gave us the coverage comparable or better than what we previously had! He saved the day for us and we couldn't be happier with the personalized service we get with Randall! If we have questions he is quick to respond! It's nice to have personalized service and we are grateful that we are both saving money and have that service!
