We had a wonderful turnout and three (3) offers were presented by the potential buyers the first hour of the first showing! This was so much more than I could have wished for and Ben discussed his feelings with me, from a professional and business point of view. We talked until I felt confident with which offer we would accept. Ben explained a few issues to me regarding each offer, to help me better comprehend why certain offers may not be as rock solid and dependable as the competitive offers that were presented.
