She brought us many to look at, but since we were not selling our current home and didn't need to relocate immediately, we wanted to make sure we selected the right place. We worked though a few bidding wars and she counseled us along the way in making prudent offers. One day we were the 1st to view this newly listed home. We loved it! It pretty much checked all of the boxes and we made the higher than listing offer immediately and got our home. Experiencia fantástica: I have used Patsy 5 times; three times to buy a house, twice to sell. The process for buying would go as follows: discussion about what we thought we wanted; her taking us to visit several houses - not to consider buying those houses but rather to help us get clarity about tradeoffs and for her to understand us; visits to very targeted properties; significant assistance in understanding what a realistic purchase price would be; support and advice through the negotiation; and support through closing. Each time, after visiting the first set of houses for the purpose of calibrating what we were looking for, we never again saw a house that was not responsive to our needs and wants. She understood our time was valuable. In selling, she helped us understand what we needed to do to move the houses and to avoid work that would not add enough to the sale price to justify the cost and hassle of doing that work. Patsy is in this to help people buy and sell houses on terms they will be happy with after the fact. No buyer or seller remorse. I'm a tough critic of service providers, having quickly gone through 2 other real-estate agents before we found Patsy the first time. I went back to her several times (a divorce, moving to a larger place, etc - not because the previous house was not desirable) because she did a great job. And we recommended her to many of our friends.
