Experiencia fantástica: It’s hard to put into words how much Francine has blessed our family but I will try! We first met Francine when my husband and I were out looking at pieces of land in Elberta. We just went through Zillow and were in touch with another realtor, but for whatever reason they couldn’t meet us at the property we wanted to view. No biggie, we just toured it ourselves. Then we went to a different property that we didn’t like as much, but Francine was the listing agent and she met us there bc she was in the area. We IMMEDIATELY loved Francine! I remember saying “hey we don’t like this property, but we really like you, can you help us find something?” From then on out, Francine was our GO TO! We found a property that we loved and with Francine’s expertise, even though we were inexperienced in land buying, we were able to get all of the imperative land/soil testing done and close within a month. Being heavily pregnant at the time, we knew that there was a possibility that we could go into labor before close so Francine adjusted the closing date. To our surprise we had our little guy early and Francine adjusted our close date so that we could sign when we left the hospital and made the whole process super easy!!! She even had gifts for us and our new baby and hugs waiting for us in the closing room (and snacks, seriously the best ever). That was transaction #1! Transaction #2 and #3 came a few months later when we decided to combine property and home and buy a bigger house with land in fairhope. Within a month, our home was ready and listed, our property was under contract (for significantly more than what it was purchased for, I may add) and we had the offer we needed on our home! When I say when you work with Francine, she gets it DONE…she gets it DONE. Period! She even advised us on little fixes when getting our home ready to make our home marketable to all buyers, including VA loans. Then, transaction #4 came and let me tell you, this was definitely our toughest. Without Francine, it probably wouldn’t have happened. Francine found us a gorgeous home in Fairhope on 2 acres in our budget. A miracle! But the process was complicated with an emotional, irrational seller that forced poor Francine to play middle man and talk us off a ledge multiple times lol. She gave us recommendations for what to look for in inspections and really helped us make an informed decision and fight for what we needed in the buying process. Because of Francine’s incredible leg work and determination, we were able to close on our dream home and begin our homesteading journey! Our final transaction with Francine, #5, has been so bittersweet but nothing short of our smoothest transaction yet. Due to relocating for my husbands new job out of state, we had to sell our home in FH. We had done a lot of work to our home, including adding a whole workshop, etc so we needed to make a certain amount to get out the money we had invested. We told Francine the number we needed, she didn’t even bat an eye and got to work. Within three weeks, our homes pictures were done, home listed, open house complete with crazy traffic, and we received a full price offer within FOUR DAYS. Four days!! Yall. When I tell you Francine is the best realtor you will ever encounter and if we could take her with us if we could, I MEAN it. She performs miracles and has been an absolute blessing to my family and if you let her, she will be to yours too! From sticking with us through all of our crazy transactions over the years to shushing my baby during closing so that a mama can focus on what she’s signing (if you know, you know) I cannot say enough good things about her. I am ashamed that this is the first review I’m writing for her, I could seriously write ten more! Work with Francine — you will not regret it and you may even gain a lifelong friend! Even as we’re leaving, she’s interviewing realtors in GA for us to make sure we’re taken care of and picked up our mail that we left behind in FH….1637376/10 recommend!!! ❤️
