If you want a bit of the back story here it is; According to the original listing agent selling my move-in ready home was supposed to be a quick and easy process in the hot Oakland market… 45 days later, I was distraught and terminated the contract because "listing the house" isn't enough. Friends who saw that selling my house was making me a basket case referred to the Katy team (their agent when they purchased their home). Katy brought a marketing plan and two schedule options that worked with my timeline to the first meeting. By the end of the meeting, paperwork was in the works, and the photo shoot/virtual tour filming was scheduled. Getting the house sold wasn't as easy for the Katy Team because they continually had to answer the "What's wrong with the house, why was it on the market for so long?" In the end, they found the next owner and professionally managed all aspects of the contract to close the deal. We were looking to move outside of the area the Katy team usually represent, we talked (I would have begged) Katie into representing us in the purchase of our current home and couldn't have asked for better representation. I don't see us moving any time soon but when that time comes… We will be looking to Katy and Katie to manage it for us. Lesson learned: Hire the best first. Close the deal by adding Katy and Katie to your list of friends.

Experiencia fantástica: The Katy team was AWESOME. They helped my wife and I (first time home buyers) to find a house that met all of our wishes that was in our budget!!! They are extremely professional and work hard for their clients. I am not the easiest client in the world and they met all of my expectations and met all of my wishes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy anywhere in the Bay Area!
