Experiencia negativa: My experience with the Bishop Team Real Estate was less than satisfactory. While they did manage to help us close on our home eventually, the process was marred by several significant issues. Communication was a major problem throughout the entire transaction. It felt like we were left in the dark most of the time, with little to no updates on the progress of our purchase. It was frustrating not knowing what was happening, and it made us question the team's dedication to our needs as clients. Additionally, our agent, Cristin, unfortunately, did not provide the level of support we had hoped for. We felt that she was unhelpful and didn't effectively advocate for our best interests. Her manner of speaking with us came across as disrespectful, which left us feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as clients. She was also rather rude when discussing certain aspects of our home, which was disheartening. To make matters worse, our closing was delayed by several days, resulting in financial losses for us due to the extended period of uncertainty and the extra costs involved. This was a significant inconvenience, and it left us questioning the team's ability to manage the closing process efficiently. While we did eventually close on the property, the overall experience with the Bishop Team Real Estate was not one that left a positive impression. We hope that they take our feedback into consideration and strive to improve their communication and customer service in the future.

We didn’t know where to start, but knew contacting Cristin was all we needed. She made the process easy and even helped setup a contact in Alabama for our new home. I would be lying if I wasn’t nervous with the list price that I thought it was too low. Cristin said to trust her and that’s why we went to her. From our initial conversation to 3 weeks later, we had 54 private showings, 71 groups through the open house and 41 offers after the house was on the market less than a week. Christin took the stress of going out of state to look for our new home with a signed contract $145,000 over asking price. We have no regrets with our decision and would recommend Cristin to anyone. In fact we did and my Mom was just as happy a few years ago.

Experiencia negativa: This team hosted an open house from 12-3. This is the only house for sale in my target area. I showed up at 2 and I had to wait around for a half hour for them to call me (thank you covid) to tell me that they cant squeeze me in to see the house. I was then told to contact my agent to schedule a private viewing. This was 3/7/21 and offers are due 3/9/21. This is drawing so much interest you would think they would extend the open house as long as they have potential buyers interested. I would highly consider a different listing agent.

The people she brought to the table were people that we showed the house to during our By Owner sale no new potential buyers. Told us we were the highest bidders on our own house. Didn't do anything to try to get to the bottom line price we needed. Portrays herself to be caring because she knows the area but once you sign the papers you don't see or hear from her again until offer time.

Every property "wasn't going to last long". I used her service on what i thought was a trusted good recommendation. I jumped after waiting and looking cautiously at properties when I shouldn't have. She convinced me to buy and I am now regretting following her direction and my own weakness to be allowed to be pushed. I wanted to make a much lower offer for the property and she advised a much higher amount. I came to know the previous owner, he would have taken my offer. Her employee who showed me every home was wonderful! I am culpable for my decision but I would not recommend her or her services. I waited 2 years to write this review to let my disappointment and other feelings settle.
