I really needed someone who could help from 300+ miles away as well as work with my father who is older, has health issues and there were intricacies with his house sale that I had no idea how to handle. I was told we should interview 3 agents but after speaking with Michelle for a few minutes it was easy that she was the agent we needed, she recommended a few low cost ideas and even had her people do them for us right away. We decided to have the home staged and after a few more days it was ready to be listed, the staging was incredibly her photographer was the best.
