I had let her know I had already recently bought a home and we began to discuss some projects I was working on. Experiencia fantástica: Tenacity would be the one word I’d use to describe Angela. She actually cold-called my brother, he wasn’t selling so he gave Angela my number. She then called me 6 months before I was ready to list. She followed up every 4-6 weeks by call and or text. When I was ready to list (this was an investment property in the westside) she came over to tour the double. She pointed out a few things to pay attention to before listing. I got the place up to snuff, told Angela what I wanted to list it for and what I wouldn’t take less then. I was unsure what would happen due to some of the market corrections and increasing interest rates; Angela was NOT unsure. She had it sold for asking price 5 days after listing. The whole experience was easy and fast. I would use Angela again all day long and highly recommend her services. Thank you Angela for doing what you said you could.
