He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations, he kept me in the loop about everything along the way, he's knowledgeable, friendly and does what it takes to get the job done. Nothing is too big or too small for him to handle. Theo is honest, trustworthy, a great communicator, good listener and has wonderful marketing skills. My house was listed on a Tues. and sold in 2 days, and the open house was cancelled for Sat., because he priced it just right and it sold above the asking price. Theo always puts his client first and I would definitely recommend him for your real estate needs!

Experiencia negativa: Warning: REALTOR® Ethics and Safety Disclosure Concerns Review: As an out-of-state family renting "sight unseen," we relied on this team’s status as REALTORS® and members of the National Association of Realtors. Unfortunately, our experience involved significant misrepresentations regarding property safety and age. This was an in-house, dual-agency listing kept off the MLS. After moving in, we identified: Life-Safety Issues: A total lack of required Carbon Monoxide detectors in a gas-equipped home. When notified, the agents and Broker claimed it was "outside the scope of their license" to assist, despite their ethical duty to all parties as dual agents. Material Misrepresentation: The lease/federal disclosures stated the home was "Post-1978." Public records confirm it is a 1920 structure. Environmental Hazard: Subsequent certified lab testing confirmed 3,620 ppm of lead on deteriorating "alligatoring" paint. Being a REALTOR® carries a "Code of Ethics" to treat all parties honestly. This team failed that standard. If you are relocating, do not rely on their internal disclosures; verify all tax records and safety requirements independently.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars, I would. Found a condo of our dreams , but needed some work. The refrigerator was gone and the other appliances needed to be replaced. I don’t think it was updated since it was built. Plus one big problem was gross purple carpet in the master bedroom. We gave our first offer. Then countered and countered again until there was an agreement. Signed our purchase agreement, sent a $5000 check. Even planned the closing date around the seller. Next day we were called and the deal was off. She had taken another offer. Meredith Levin was the realtor at Keller Williams. Does this agency have any ethics?

We were treated with great respect, given plenty of individual attention and felt we were always listened to. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or sell. Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Jennifer Witt when purchasing our first home. Jenn was so helpful and extremely responsive to all of our questions. It was so easy to work with her and her team. She advocated for us throughout the process and we really felt like she cared that we found the perfect home and got a good deal. I have to emphasize how responsive she was! She would get back to us with answers to questions within minutes and kept us informed about the whole process before we even had time to think of a question! I would definitely recommend Jenn and the Goetz team!

She was always there whenever I needed her help,even she did a lot way more than anyone else would do for you. She is a perfect professional person who knows what she is doing,she explained everything clearly at the beginning & did everything to make sure the closing goes smoothly. I have experienced many professional services but nobody was so sincere like her, thank you Kiersten again for everything you did for me. I strongly recommend Kiersten if you are looking ahead to purchase a property! ✌️☺️

Experiencia negativa: Barbara Kivi listed a home failing to disclose salient facts. When brought to her attention she verbally attacked one of the owners, aggressively snapping that the property had already been inspected and the perspective owners were "happy" with it. Shirking fiduciary duties and any shred of professionalism and decency, it would be prudent to know this particular realtor is more preoccupied with malicious neighborhood gossip and her own commissions, that she refused the opportunity to know or disclose the truth about what she is attempting to pawn off.

Experiencia negativa: I'll give Michelle 2 stars because she knew her stuff when it came to searching for a home and was very helpful and friendly on the front end. HOWEVER, as soon as I signed my offer letter on my house, it took forever to get a response out of her, she was not motivated to make anything happen, and flat out lied to me on a few issues. Her behavior after the offer was accepted on the house was basically "well, I already got my commission, on to the next one." Whenever she did answer, she refused to ask the seller about early occupancy, "forgot" to follow up on any requested repairs after the inspection and final walkthrough, and just in general seemed like she wasn't on my side at all. She also did not disclose until the day before closing that she was good friends with the seller. Extremely shady, if you are looking for a real estate agent that you can trust to be on your side, please go elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Our realtor Dorothy Haenggi was such a breeze to work with. She mapped out the best route to view all of the houses we wanted to see and in the end we put an offer on in on the first one (our top choice). Despite 30 other offers we GOT IT!!! Her network of mortgage lenders, inspectors, insurance brokers and attorneys made the whole process seamless with not a single hiccup and washed away all of the worries we had from horror stories we’d heard about buying a home.

Experiencia fantástica: As a first time home buyer was very nervous and unsure of how the home buying process is. Met Shalene at an open house, while at the open house she mentioned several options, grants and loans that could help ease the home buying process. A few days later was ready to sign the contract. Was a long process, heart break Shalene helped me keep going, and was very patient at explaining all the questions I had as best as she could, and if she didn't know the answer would get back to me with it. Just when I was ready to give up on the home search. She had an open house and called me telling me she really wanted me to see this house. She had listened to my needs for the house and when I saw the house I knew it was going to work out for all of my needs. I wouldn't be here without her help and guidance.

She has great knowledge of real estate but also the inspection process, valuation process and works closely with your legal team. Shes is your advocate and on your side 150%. She will do whatever she needs to do for a smooth close and a happy client. Ill be contacting Keller Williams Angela again for my next move!

Experiencia negativa: I went to an open house an agent John Spaschak was unbelievably rude. I didn't want to give up all my personal info and he wanted to kick me out. I'm a preapproved buyer and also work in customer service and was shocked at his behavior, there were other potential buyers there right in ear shot. The house was a total pos after the fact and the agent absolutely ridiculous. You have to give a star to do a review.

Experiencia negativa: We were able to get our house sold but that was about the only thing that went right throughout the process. There was a complete lack of communication. This was our first time selling a house and our realtor was less than helpful. Occasionally we had a question regarding how things worked and we would either never hear back or it would take her days to reply. During our open house, she sat on the couch staring at her phone instead of greeting buyers. She also gave buyers inaccurate information regarding recent updates done to our home. When we realized things weren't working out, we reached out to the broker to try and switch realtors (within the same company). I've never had someone speak down to me like that woman did. I couldn't get a full sentence in without her cutting me off and making up an excuse for her realtor. She didn't want to hear anything or listen to logic. We were far from high maintenance sellers, we just asked that we had some communication during the selling process. We were not allowed to switch realtors in the end. We stayed cordial and respectful throughout. On our closing day, we never even got a call from the realtor or a congratulations. We actually had to call the lawyers office and ask if closing was all set because we had no idea what was even going on. It really goes to show you that this company works for the money and not the customer. You'll also notice many of their top rated reviews are from people that work for the company...

Thknowledgeable staff has handled each transaction without flaw and thoroughly communicated progress status as we proceeded to close. I look at a lot of properties and their market knowledge and providing me with comps saves me valuable time.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give Keller Williams Realty a negative star I would. The Realtor was very unprofessional and rude. The Realtor did not relay messages to the seller and to us. We had a verbal/text offer on Thursday and by Sunday it had changed? The seller never signed the contract. This went on for two months. It just was one thing after another. I would not recommend this Realtor or this Realty Company.

She told the homeowner that had just recently hurt her leg and was put on bed rest that she ""just wanted a rent free place to stay"" and that ""do you just sleep all day?"" . How disgustingly unprofessional and inhuman

Experiencia negativa: I wanted to place a bid on property I had liked, but wanted a little more information on it. And the only way I could do either was by going through their listing agent, Ellen Leader. I called multiple times and left multiple messages, in which she completely ignored. That being said we never had an opportunity to even place a bit on the place. HORRIBLE customer service !
