I got Wendy Weeden's name from a contractor and Realtor, Amy Neal, from the group came out and listed my home. Amy was wonderful. She worked tirelessly fielding multiple calls and showings, while at the same time helping me find another home to purchase. After looking at 25+ homes, I finally found the right home for me. Amy never got frustrated about the many, many homes she showed me that I didn't select. She was patient and understanding. I am an introvert and not comfortable around people I don't know. Amy was so friendly and down to earth, she really connected with me and made me feel like we've know each other for years. I was so happy and pleased with everything she did for me from selling my home and helping purchase another one. She kept me informed every step of the way. Experiencia fantástica: Callie was the bomb dot com! She is the absolute best in the business. I decided I wanted to buy a house because I was tired of the “apartment life”. Callie made this process so easy for me. I knew I wanted a realtor who could support my needs and spend a little extra time with me. This was my first time buying a home, so I was extremely nervous. Callie made all my worries go away. I chose Callie because out of all the realtors I spoke to, she was the first one to ask me how I was feeling. I could tell she truly cared how I was feeling when I started the home buying process. I absolutely love that Callie kept me in the loop with everything and she always explained every little thing no matter what it was. If you’re a first time home buyer or looking for a realtor who will take care of you, then Callie is your girl. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did!

Experiencia negativa: Wendy placed two open house signs in rock landscaping and did damage to my property. Despite calling Wendy’s office 4 times over 2 weeks no one has returned my call. Seems this unethical company is comfortable with destruction of private property. Update: Spoke with the Denver PD. They confirmed that online reviews are not harassment, particularly when true, so no need to take this down. The city also clarified for me that in Denver no one is able to advertise on the right of way tree lawn area for which I have a maintenance responsibility and I was justified in removing the signs. Wendy did answer my fifth call. Wendy said she would consider (didn’t commit to) reimbursing me for the damage but only if I first removed this review.

Experiencia negativa: My information somehow ended up on a list (I think after I made the mistake of signing up on Zillow) and The Wendy Weeden Group blew up my phone and inbox. They relentlessly called, texted, and emailed me for a while, even after I told them to stop. This happened several years ago and, even though they’ve stopped calling and texting me, I’m STILL getting spam emails from them. The “unsubscribe” button isn’t hyperlinked (how sneaky of them) and I emailed them quite a few times asking them to take me off their mailing list. Leave. Me. Alone. I have a house. I don’t need your services. Edited to respond to the owner’s comment: What you said was not true at all. You guys spammed me and harassed me for weeks and I still get spam emails from you.
