Miriam Melendez, Realtor

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Miriam! She went above and beyond to find the perfect tenant for my apartment. She took the time to carefully check references, show the apartment to promising candidates, and make sure I found the best possible fit. The tenant she ultimately found was everything I could have hoped for! Miriam is thorough, dedicated, detail-oriented, honest, and incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. She truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled professionally and smoothly. I would absolutely work with her again for any future rental needs, and if I ever decide to purchase another property, she will be my first call. She is truly one of the best in the business! I Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and delivers outstanding results. I absolutely loved working with her! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Miriam was a true pleasure to work with! She helped us land our dream apartment in our desired neighborhood. She went above and beyond connecting us with the landlords, ensuring the transition to our new apartment went smoothly. She was always easy to contact and super responsive to any of our questions. If we ever decide to move, we know who we’ll be contacting! We recommend Miriam to anyone looking to rent real apartments from real landlords.

Experiencia fantástica: Mariam was referred to me by a neighbor to assist with finding proper tenants. Little did I know the savy, intelligent and hard working professional that I was about to work with. Mariam is truly a 1 stop shop for any real estate venture one might be looking to get into. This includes buying, selling, renting and contractual referrals(renovations). She then further impressed me with her referrals, which she has built a strong professional rapport with over years of experience in building management, in realty law and mortgages. Mariam held me and my new tenant's hands through the process and simplified, what turned out to be a more complex situation than anticipated. She did this with compassion, understanding and pure wit. Mariam has provided me a new understanding of how to go about renting out, as well as how to perceive tenants, pertaining to options available that protect both the renter and owner that also make sense for both. My experience with Mariam has been so profound that I have already involved her with my next investment property. I highly recommend Mariam and her company's service(s) to anyone on any side of the spectrum of real estate. Good Luck!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Miriam is fantastic. We reached out to her about an apartment and from the initial message to the lease signing, Miriam was a great communicator. She was clear and upfront about applications, timelines, the uncertainty of the rental market - everything we needed to know as we were preparing for our move to NYC. She was responsive (text, email, and phone) and kept us in the loop throughout the rental process. With Miriam, I knew we were working with someone who had our interests in mind, not someone just trying to get a unit rented and then disappear. Thank you for all of your effort, Miriam!

Experiencia negativa: Dealt with her once a few years back and found her to be unethical. The apartment I was looking at was not pet friendly, she told me not to tell the landlord that I had two dogs, just to bring them into my apartment once I moved in. ,
