She spent a lot of time to get to know me and what I was looking for in a house. When we started viewing houses, she would take the time at each house to explain to me why or why not the house in question would be suitable for me. Experiencia negativa: I feel we over paid for the service we received. We lost thousands as a result of a flawed appraisal process and the realty team did little to try to resolve it. Instead they applied pressure to move forward with the sale. The settlement agent used by the realty team failed to protect our personal information and now a critical document is considered a public record under Washington law and we are unable to have it removed from the internet.

They came loaded for bear at the initial interview with a comprehensive analysis of some 25 homes that were roughly comparable to our home but with a plus minus system for comparing and tailoring the price of our home (with spectacular views and a spacious new kitchen) and how best to market the home and stage the home. Once we chose Rick and Rebecca we had a smooth and successful process. We sold the house in about a week for higher than the asking price. We made the right choice when we chose Rick and Rebecca and we hope you also have such a great experience with them.

Experiencia fantástica: Second to none service and extemely reponsive to viewing requests. Needed documents are generated, even for last minute offers during the competitve market Jan 2021 to February 2021. We ended up chosing a house given in their initial comparable market list during the first meeting. We were literally made an offer closed, moved into a property in less than six weeks. With no delays in the anticipted schedules. They are so good that we recommended them to our friends in 2023 and pretty much duplicated the experierience. Details of the experience below but maybe too long o read: Very professional people. We were viewing houses without an agent. Tje open house closed earlier than usual. Their colleguewas with another client. showing the open house. He apoligized that he currently had clients with him and he was about to go personal leave. He gave us his card and promised that somebody woul contact us the next day. Low and behold we received a short voicemail and text to contact them when we were ready to discuss preferences and strategies. Their honest insight and opinion about properties and offers were straight forward. But never forceful and we felt like we were totally in control anytime.
