Experiencia negativa: Don't do business with this guy. He is a shyster. I left a required $7,500.00 Earnest Money and $7,500.00 Due Diligence money to Jason Brodsky of Only Owners Real Estate. He used someone in his office to represent me while he represented the sellers. (this turned out to be a huge mistake) The very next day after i made the 2 payments, I received the inspectors report mentioning that the House had major foundation problems and i was told by my cousins in New York who is a building inspector, to run as fast as i possible can away from the home. It had too many foundation Problems, Mildew, Seepage, Wood Rot. Now i know the reason why the house was priced Hundreds of thousands less then the other homes that size in the area thought the problems were never disclosed. Jason Kept $7500.00 and refused to give it back to me. He is a criminal and should lose his license. He denied that he knew anything about the damage though it was priced accordingly. When i told him i take care of a very sick child, my employees son in the Philippines who required a colostomy bag, he could care less and would not return the money to me. Don't do business with this criminal or his company

I don't know if this nutjob is jealous or what, but I publish reviews with my real name, and I'm allowed to sell houses I own. Since I'm not in their secret club any more I don't have to put up with their craziness. If you're on the do not call list and try to sell your house for sale by owner, you can guarantee you'll get a call from these jokers. Don't waste the commission. Yes I plead guilty to loan fraud, but that doesn't make it okay to solicit business with abusive tactics.

He was more than a sales person, he is very likeable and became a friend through th process. We came to the area trying to use a buying agent, and while everyone was very friendly, due to a hot market, they didn't seem to care about us finding a home in my home state. Jason cared and got us throught the process unscathed. Great guy. Due to dual agency, we could not comment on negotiation, but the rest 5 stars for sure!
