Dave I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. It seems we can't go into a cafe anymore without looking at the reviews so it should only make sense we should check them out before we trust some strange person in another state and town with our financial future. There are a lot of great agents out there and the one that referred you to us has been an excellent agent for a long time. Although we work in all aspects of real estate we are commonly known as a team that specializes with vacant land and homes on acreage so many agents in and out of the area send us their land folks. It really helped up front with you guys being transparent about what was important to you and what you wanted to accomplish. And in the middle of all that Jesse brought up the fact that you guys were always nice and he felt like you had a heart for him as we worked through things. Sometimes a real estate transaction can be very emotional in the middle and we often forget there are real people on each end of a deal. There are agents in between also with families and lives. Easement challenges are one of the biggest things to work through especially with vacant land and the folks at Benewah County were super helpful when Jesse camped out at the courthouse to dig up the old easement stuff in the microfilm records that allowed the title company to remove the lack of access.
