They work very promptly to solve any issues we've ever had with the house (which was very minimal). Happy Homes is hands down the best! High quality communication and professionalism! Experiencia negativa: My husband just left a very detailed review about all the concerns and issues about this company, they didn't deny any of it nor even apologize, completely unprofessional company that only cares about themselves. A simple sorry, we will try to get better, reach out to us to resolve this matter, or sympathy towards any or all issues we had. Nope all they did was make a statement about our deposit, which my husband is still waiting for and it's now the 16th moved out on the 1st. Look at their response it will tell you that you need to protect yourself when working with this company or just steer clear from them 100%, or document everything as we did. Good luck fellow community members.
Again...We cannot return security deposit funds prior to invoices being received for work to be done. Management companies must have all accounting in prior to completing the accounting and have 20 days to return deposit balance to the past residents. And we will do so.
It seems you are angry that we were not renewing your lease and asked that you move by the end of the lease term. Much of this is due to the extensive wear and tear occurring during your short time there and refusal to allow repairs to be done while you resided. This is a lease infraction.
Your review has many falsehoods. For example, we never have and never will require a pet deposit for a service animal or comfort pet, that is just not done.
We always try to be respectful and kind to our residents. It was difficult to assist you, during your residency as you denied much of our help and were quite combative throughout the term.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst rental company ever they told me they would fix the burnt siding on my house i was renting (wasn't from me previous renter maybe) however never done, I had to clean all the vents out when i moved in and showed proof of potential fire risk from the dryers vents and they said they would compensate me by reimbursing me on my rent amount and never received a penny off, they tried to charge me for a broken water sprinkler that was broken below the soil and they tried to blame me and my dog for the damage when I confronted them, they apologized and took of the charge, I informed them about all the risk through out the home with poor and cheap construction (missing crawl space vents making my electric bills higher then should have, I never thought to check those things), stickers on counter tops in the bathroom to make the allusion it was a nice counter top and started to break off and pull up over time, the master closet had missing support structure over the door making it dangerous, the vent in the master bathroom was so badly put together it melted all of my wife and myselfs personal products like makeup, deodorants, creams, ointment's etc. just melted everything. they fixed it with a board (ugh), we stopped using that while we rented. The stairs had a extra trim piece that stuck out and up on each stair causing pain when you step on them and breaking off all the time( I have pics of this all) I moved out of this home at 1723 N Chehalis St Post Falls ID 83854 last month finally as my family was financially able too. There broken promises and attitude towards me and my family has been horrible, We have yet received our refund on the deposit, and made us pay deposits for our support pets as well, not to mention every month a car would come by and take pictures, I have also used there repair people and paid out of pocket for the damages that we caused in the home and still 15 days later no refunds or communications the house was clean inside and out shampooed by professionals and was better then we moved in. The owner of the home apparently bought the house sight unseen and was cheap to do any fixes or upgrades to the home just put stickers and poor materials on the face of the home to make it look better and charged $2700 a month. i personally brought the front yards back to life and cleaned the front face of that home. Be aware of this company there not as they seem, I'm ready to take them to legal court, we have everything documented including all the texts and emails and pictures from day one. BE AWARE OF HAPPY HOMES!

Their online portal is easy to use, everyone is friendly and informative, they get back to you in a timely manner. Any issue we have had with the property has been addressed with no issues. Experiencia fantástica: I have used Happy Home Rental Services since we bought our rental over 5 years ago. They are quick to respond and keep me well informed. My tenants are happy with them and if there is a vacancy HH does a thorough background check. I have never had an issue with a tenant nor with Happy Homes. Best service you could ask for if you own rentals or if you are someone looking for a place to rent.

Experiencia negativa: Having dealt with Happy Homes over the last 5 almost 6 months I can say that they’re super difficult to communicate with. We recently had a pipe burst at the apartment building I’m in and one of my neighbors told me that the day before it burst he told the company they didn’t have running water and he was told to open the cabinets and “see what happens” The restoration team Happy Homes hired to remodel the apartments just threw stuff on our bed, crushing some personal items. The same restoration team also piled a pack n play and other heavy items on our neighbors new tv. Just goes to show how careless the people Happy Homes work with really are about the tenants. I looked at the ceiling where the restoration team had started working and the wood is old and starting to look rotted, when I mentioned this to Happy Homes they told me that they did renovate completely and that the restoration team will replace the bad wood, yesterday the restoration team told me and my partner that they’re going to hang Sheetrock today, and they are doing so without replacing the old wood which in my opinion is dangerous and careless. I’ve added photos that I took yesterday, January 9, 2023. You can still see water damage and you can see the upstairs neighbors floor. I’m writing this review because to me it seems as though Happy Homes doesn’t care so much about their tenants as they do about the cash coming in.

You are not writing any accurate information.
You are also leaving out some extremely important information. Happy Homes did not "hire" this renovation company, and they may have had to move clothing, etc. to try to see what damage came from the pipe breaking during the extreme cold snap. I have made myself available before work hours, during, and after for any questions and chats you have needed. I was told you were moving a week ago and let you know I will work with the owner to help lessen any move out charges you would be responsible for. I have been more than understanding and helpful in every way possible. I am sure you are aware that your review is completely false, and morally wrong.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been with them for almost a year so far. I've only needed to call them once when I first moved in about a repair. They got right on it. I've heard nightmare stories about rental agencies but Happy Homes has been great. Our apartment complex has been great and quiet. I couldnt be happier. We will be looking for a house in our next home and we are hoping we can stay with Happy Homes once again.

Experiencia negativa: Worse rental company out there. She will lie and manipulate you and then screw you over. Happy Home Rental agreed in court not to sue us as long as we moved. We did our part now there's judgement against us for a unknown reason. I never even got served papers for the court or had no knowledge. Watch out for her and the owners she represents because they will screw you too if given the chance.
You violated several aspects of your lease. You did not leave by the date that was agreed upon. We tried repeatedly to help you. Paying your rent is required to stay in your rental home. Sadly you've reduced yourself to slanderous remarks and falsehoods. As far as for reasons unknown refer to the CDA Press...the damage you did and the cats you locked in the home made the paper. I have never had a bad experience with helping someone out since I opened my company...you were and are my first and only nightmare resident. I am sorry but it seems you will never take any responsibility for your own actions Brian Price.

She found us the perfect home, we came out to see the property, and immediately fell in love! We filled out the paperwork, patiently waited, and voila, Deanna came through for us so quickly. She does little things that really shows the renters she cares (or that the property owner cares), like spraying for spiders in spring at little to no cost to us. She doesn't just promise to stop in and check on the property, she actually does! She does not just hand out keys to potential renters when the property is vacant as other property managers in North Idaho do. Deanna actually "shows" the house and makes sure everything is locked up when done.Whenever there is a concern brought up by the renter, Deanna always tries to trouble shoot the problem first before asking to call in a contractor. She makes every effort to keep the property owners costs down and she really works for her money. Deanna is a rare find. If you are looking for a property manager, Deanna is the BEST and ONLY one to hire!
